Take trash to the bins at the end of the parking lot. Place any used linens on the floor. Turn everything off. Set thermostat to 74. Load dishwasher, add a pod, and start.

Really enjoyed this property. Great location. Can walk to Juana’s Pagodas and the Marine Park. Close to bridge so easy access to other restaurants and groceries. Property is clean and spacious. Great views of both the bay and ocean. Very short walk directly across the road to the beach. Very happy with our stay here.

Perfect for what we needed! Overall a wonderful stay.

Had everything we needed. Overall a wonderful stay! Felt very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Wonderful view of the bay and sunset. Just a walk away from the beach. We did get a workout going up the stairs but was prepared for it. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful 3 Nights At The Beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was extremely clean, had everything that we needed and in a great location! We had an issue with a storm knocking out the internet and owners were quick to respond to try to get a solution. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Property was clean and well stocked. Beautiful views and quiet despite being on busy road. We had a minor issue with the thermostat battery in the middle of the night and were able to change it since the unit was so well stocked. Contacted the owner about it and he responded quickly. Would recommend this unit to anyone.
