Fabulous Getaway

Absolutely beautiful property. Amenities too numerous to list, but suffice it to say they thought of everything. Clean and decorated beautifully. Ocean view was spectacular. Hope to return in the future. We were not disappointed on anything.

Great place to stay

The condo is exactly as described/ pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. The gift basket and extra flip flops are a wonderful touch to make you feel welcome. The beach is wonderful. Overall we had an excellent time and we would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I came down for Spring Break this year and I have nothing but good things to say about the property and the host! The condo was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. The host left a sweet welcome basket which was a fantastic gesture! The host also provided a binder of everything Navarre which was very helpful with our stay. I would absolutely stay at this property again and plan to!

Excellent Stay

I have given this property 5 stars. My family and I were extremely impressed at the accommodations. This dwelling place was completed furnished from the kitchen to the patio with everything to make your stay completely satisfying. The staff and the coordination were all on point. My only regret is not being able to stay here during the summer because Ms. Katie has everything in there for a beach excursion.

Absolutely amazing place in the best location!

Our family (four adults and two young kids) stayed four nights for the Thanksgiving week. The condo was everything advertised - clean, well-stocked and decorated. We so appreciated the complimentary flip flops (my son forgot his), the beach toys, chairs and wagon, welcome basket...the list goes on. The beach is right outside the door, the views were stunning...highly recommend this property! We plan to make it an annual trip.

Wonderful condo!!

We had a great time in Navarre Beach and the condo was beautiful! It is in a great location and provided everything our family of five needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was VERY well appointed and everything was very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely return to this condo!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views

There so are so many positive things I could say about our stay at this property but I’ll try to keep this brief. The condo was clean, tastefully decorated, had beautiful beach views, plenty of amenities, beautiful pools and was definitely a great value for the price. There were so many extra things that made our stay more enjoyable; extra beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach cart, basic kitchen spices, and a nice selection of personal hygiene products. We wanted to stay to stay longer than a weekend and would definitely rent this condo again!

Senior Girls getaway 2023

This was our 12th annual girls getaway that includes , sisters , sister in law and nieces to Navarre beach . We’re senior citizens except for nieces . It was our first time staying at summerwind west . We were very much pleased with everything . And description of condo was right on and so nice with all extra amenities ( hand soap , dish detergent , makeup cloths , razors , etc ! )! Smelled wonderful and so very clean and pristine !! Loved all extra special touches !! Beds so comfortable and so much seating in main room and seating at table for 6 and 4 nice bar stools !! The RMI staff was super and no problems !! Loved having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms !! Balcony was so relaxing and views of emerald water , dolphins and stingrays was amazing !! The water was crystal clear and mostly calm so we didn’t get battered going in water !! I could go on and on with great things about this condo !! It did not disappoint !! We especially enjoyed beach wagon and extra beach chairs !!! That was a life saver to hold all our stuff !! Weather was great with occasional thunderstorms but it cooled everything off and were still able to enjoy cool evenings watching sunsets on the beach !! Hope to be coming there again soon !!
