Everyone enjoyed the nice heated pool, especially the kids. The size of the house was great and clean. I was glad to have the elevator since I am a senior. It was also nice the house was pet friendly so we could bring the family small pet dog. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us, we can’t wait for our next stay!

Peachy Queen was the perfect place for our family vacation! This was our first time to Navarre Beach and we have fallen in love. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The golf cart, pool and bicycles were all hits with our grandchildren. The house offers incredible views from every window. Plenty of space for a large group!

Perfect for 2 families on spring break!

Our group had 4 adults and 5 children (ages 5-9) for spreak break. The home was perfect in layout, amenities and location! They were great to work with when booking to get the pool heated, and rent two golf carts. We had two minor issues that were fixed right away! Excellent communication! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay!

We loved the house! We had 5 families with 8 kids ages 9months to 8 years old. It was perfect! Lots of room, we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, fully furnished, and super clean. The pool had a tanning ledge which was perfect for the littles. The golf cart was definitely needed to transport all the stuff to the beach. Communication was excellent! We would definitely like to stay here again. The only thing I would want to improve this stay is hangers in the closests.

Great house/great location

The house was very well equipped, both in the kitchen and "toys" available. A super location, quiet and convenient. The management was immediately responsive to our few needs (a broom, AND a new smoke detector battery)!!

Fantastic stay

We loved our stay at the Peachy Queen. House was beautiful, kitchen was well-stocked, pool was perfect, and proximity to the beach was great. Twelve of us slept very comfortably. Internet connection was strong enough for me to work remotely and dial into video calls. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great house and vacation

Our extended family of 12 Adults and three small children had plenty of room in the comfortable house. The beach was farther than expected; however, we did pay extra for the golf cart and it was a life saver. All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and that was wonderful. The one and only complaint was that one of the bedroom suites did not have a television. Overall, it was great and we would stay there again.

Wonderful Vacation House

Perfect family vacation house set up with private bathrooms for everyone. Very spacious and comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great to hang around and enjoy with family. Golf cart is highly recommended. Would love to enjoy again for a future vacation.

Our family couldn’t have been happier with the property. The pool was awesome and private. The golf cart was convenient to take to the beach or you could walk. The house was very spacious and in a nice quiet location. We will definitely be back!

Superior home!

What a beautiful home. We had 5 couples staying this weekend. It was great having bathrooms with each bedroom. This one of the best equipped VRBO's we have rented. Not only well equipped but with quality products! We rented the golf cart which was great for transferring our beach stuff. The beaches we so clean and healthy. Communication was excellent and responsive! We look forward to staying there again!!!

Wonderful property big enough for large group. Modern and clean with a pool, grill, and great access to beach. Rent the golf cart for easy mobility to and from beach. Property manager very responsive. Next to a national beach area that is quiet and serene. Beautiful spot and home.

Peachy Queen was Fabulous !

The "Peachy Queen" was FABULOUS. This house had everything with unobstructed views of both the Sound and the Gulf. The house had a lot of amenities, more than we expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for our family of 10 which included four families and three grandkids. Tons of dishes, cups, kitchen tools, more than one could ever need. It was a relaxing and easy ride to the beach using the golf cart. The kids & grandkids loved the golf cart. The private pool was awesome with ample poolside seating and it was a focal point for all the families, especially the grandkids. The garage area had a lot of pool toys, rafts, sand scoops for the beach, bikes, etc. Grilling poolside was nice to have along with the outside shower and hose to wash off the sand. One note is that the two small bedrooms did not have dressers, but not a big deal. Gulf Coast Getaways was good to work with. The “Peachy Queen” made our family vacation unforgettable. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful beach house.

Home Away from Home

We loved this home. Our trip included 8 adults and 3 children. There was enough room for everyone. Every grown up had their own bathroom. That was great. The kitchen was big enough for everyone to sit at the table if we wanted. What really grabbed my attention was the fact that every bathroom had hand soap and there was plenty of tissue in each bathroom. Usually, you have to buy your own hand soap and bath tissue. The kitchen was well equipped with seasonings, foil, plenty of silverware and dish ware and a keurig machine. The private pool and golf cart was amazing. I even rode one of the many bikes. When I say this home was equipped with your every want, I am not exaggerating. Sitting on the balconies at night listening to the ocean was amazing. Getting up every morning and watching the ocean was also great. This home and the host deserves the best rating. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. One more thing, the owner of this home put a lot of thought into this home. They made this home feel like a home away from home. Again, thank you for the great hospitality and allowing us to stay in this gorgeous beach home.

"Peachy Queen" = Sensational!!

To a person, all 14 attendees at our family vacation in Navarre, Florida were wowed by the accommodations provided at the "Peachy Queen". Everything we expected was there for us, and more. All new, 1st class furnishings and plenty of room to gather all together or spread out into smaller groupings. The pool was a daily center for fun and socializing. Plus, the location and ocean views were just what we'd hoped for. We had a blast in Navarre and made lots of great family memories. The "Peachy Queen" was a big part of it all...Thank You! For a group of 15 this house was wonderful with plenty of space. Great location to the beach. The pool was a huge hit with the kids in the evenings. House was fully stocked with necessities as well as accessories we didn’t anticipate which was wonderful! We had a fantastic time!

Amazing, Beautiful, Fantastic

The "Peachy Queen" is AMAZING! This house is awesome and has it all with unobstructed views of both the Sound and the Gulf. The house is decorated designer style with perfect beach colors, absolutely impeccable. The house had more amenities than expected. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for our family of 14. It was a relaxing and easy walk to the beach when we did not use the golf cart. The private pool was awesome with ample poolside seating with 2 picnic tables and furniture. Grilling poolside made our evening meals delightful and easy. The refrigerator in the garage made outside dining a breeze. The “Peachy Queen” made our family vacation unforgettable. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful beach house. We cannot wait to return.
