We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo had a beautiful view with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to clean or change out the curtains in the main bedroom. They are very dirty and stained.

Very clean condo with great access to the beautiful emerald coast! This was our second year coming to Navarre and staying at the Pearl. We can’t wait til next time!

We have been coming to Navarre Beach for over 30 years and have never stayed at The Pearl before. We will definitely be coming back!! The condo was wonderful. The host was a joy to work with. Every question I had was immediately answered. Everything was great and we had such a relaxing week.

Very happy with the room. Beach view was great. Check in assess was easy and awesome! Communication through texting and email was also easy and great! Also noticed the floor was dirty. Would recommend to mop or wet swiffer. Another is the recliner was broken when we got there. Overall the beds, towels, bed sheets were great. Just floors were dirty that our bottom feet were black after got out of the shower. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms/bathrooms layout were perfect! Definitely book the same room again

Very good. its our 2nd time staying here We will stay here again.Might need to upgrade living room furniture at some point over the next year. Just a thought. Nothing fancy is needed just general upgrade... getting kinda worn.

Overall clean condo. The views cannot be compared to others places, so stunning. This unit could use more utensils available in the kitchen. Past stays at other units at The Pearl offered hangers for our clothes, so would recommend bringing your own. This unit had hotel and hospital grade toilet tissue, we went to the store to get our own.

Stay was too short!

Met some old friends here for a quick weekend stay. Condo was just the right size for two couples. The master suite is really nice with a huge bathroom and great view of the beach. The guest bedroom doesn’t have a view but was still comfortable. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but they were handled quickly. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants. Pool area looked nice.

We have stayed at multiple units at The Pearl, this one was just ok. The guest room bed was very comfortable but the bed in the master bedroom needs replaced or a mattress topper needs to be added, you can feel the springs. Furniture is a little outdated and the couch has a musty smell. We found multiple dirty dishes put back in the silverware drawer as well.

Good location. Beautiful view from condo. Well stocked kitchen. Check-in was easy. Staff very friendly. Primary bedroom needs some updating; mattress, lamps (chains broken), and bedside tables. Top drawer falls out easily; needs replaced. Microwave plate doesn’t fit/turn (wheels broken).

Very nice!

Great location! Close to the beach and pool. Condo near elevator and trash chute. Nicely decorated, plenty of counter space, nice sized shower and tub in master. Bed fairly comfortable. Master bedroom had plenty of space with room to spare even with a pack and play and queen sized blow up mattress. Sliding glass doors were heavy and more challenging to open which was nice because my kids couldn’t open them but also I feel like I worked out all weekend opening/closing them. Kitchen was nicely stocked with appliances/pots/pans. We cooked all weekend and had everything we needed. Not that we really missed it but we had very little phone service throughout our stay. Internet worked very well though! Would definitely stay again!
