This was one of the worst VRBO experiences we've ever had.The air conditioning never worked properly. It was set to 70F, yet the house stayed at 75–76F the entire time. Instead of sending an HVAC technician, management repeatedly asked for thermostat photos and continued delaying any real solution while we sat in a hot house with our children.The advertised golf cart was completely useless. It would only move a few inches before stopping, despite showing a full charge. Neighbors told us they experienced the exact same issue and had to be given a replacement cart, so this was clearly not a new problem.The home also contained a broken dresser that could have tipped over onto a child. That's not just an inconvenience—it's a serious safety hazard.Customer service was even worse than the condition of the property. The after-hours emergency number was essentially useless. We were given excuses instead of solutions. The property manager even told me she was comfortable at 75F, implying I should be too. Whether someone else is comfortable has nothing to do with the fact that we paid for a home with functioning air conditioning.This property was falsely advertised. We paid for working amenities and did not receive them. Between the broken AC, unusable golf cart, safety hazards, and dismissive management, this stay completely ruined our vacation.Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else. There are far better-managed properties in the area that actually deliver.
