Beachfront with Beach Setup Included!

The Condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico, on Santa Rosa Island, in Navarre Beach, Florida. It is halfway between Pensacola and Destin. It is on the 3rd floor of "The Pearl of Navarre Beach" building.
There are gorgeous views of the gulf and beach right from the Condo, with beach access just steps away! Navarre Beach is rated among the top ten beaches in the U.S.

There are 2 beachfront Pools (one heated in off season), a Hot Tub, and a Fitness room that overlooks the beach with treadmill, bike, weights. There are also Outdoor Grills for your use.
Two Beach Chairs with 1 Umbrella are provided for you during the peak season from March 1st - October 31st.

The Master Suite has a King size bed and an oversized Jacuzzi tub comfortable for two. The Master area also has 2 separate sinks/vanities.
The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and 1 Full size bed (NEW Queen Jan2024).
The Living room has a couch, loveseat, and recliner (NEW Jan2024).
The pocket door off the hallway can be closed for a private 2nd bedroom/bathroom suite.
There is a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook.
The Outdoor Closet has various beach gear for you to borrow.

HOUSE RULES:
The Pearl is a Non Smoking building, including on the balcony. There is a designated smoking area on ground level. Also, for renter's the building has a No Pets policy..

The longest fishing Pier in the Gulf, is a short (<5 minutes) walk away. It has a bar and grill. There are also other restaurants within walking distance.
Activities close by include: the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, snorkeling in the Marine Sanctuary.
There are other restaurants and grocery stores (within 2 miles) just over the bridge. You can also explore Pensacola Beach and Destin, which are about a 35 to 45 minute drive away.

The Condo is furnished to enjoy the magnificent views from inside as well as outside. There are reflections of the emerald water and white sands everywhere you look. Watch the colors as they can change from day to day.

There is a flat screen TV in the living room & TV's & DVD players in all bedrooms.
We have ceramic tile throughout with the exception of the 2nd bedroom carpet.

We have tried to be as 'green' as possible and have installed a 'smart' thermostat, and a 'smart' hot water heater thermostat that shuts down while unoccupied.

Relax on your balcony enjoying dinner or a drink, sitting in your tall chairs & table (NEW Jan2025) for an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean.
You will enjoy a relaxing beach vacation for two or for a whole family with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Highly recommend this unit. The views were great, easy access to the beach, & the owner is very responsive and helpful. The use of the beach set up was great and the owner had extra beach things that she allows access to so that was a definite plus as well. The proximity to the pier is wonderful as we had some fishermen in our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good size and the furnishing comfortable. This was our first trip to Navarre and we probably will not go to another beach from now on. We loved the ‘small town, family oriented’ feel.

Loved this unit better than some of the ones we’ve stayed at before. Before we’ve had to buy everything, including salt and pepper and paper towels. Here we had toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper and a few other things provided. There were just two of us, so lasted all week. Beautiful unit. Lots of boogie boards and a few pool noodles in the closet for kids and adults. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Location

The unit was in the perfect location! Just a short walk to the beach. The chair and umbrella set up was a great addition. Since it is on the 3rd floor, be aware there is some noise from the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook a meal. The closet next to the unit with additional beach items came in handy. The owner was quick to answer any questions.

Great Property!

My family LOVED this unit! The property was well maintained and just as described in the listing. We loved the convenience of all the things - everything was so close! From the Parking lot to the room, to the pool to the beach, it was easily accessible with 2 small children and walking to dinner is always a plus! The property manager was very helpful as well and quick to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfect!!

The condo was perfect! The pics don't do it justice. We have stayed at a few different condos in Navarre, and Cherie's is by far the best. It had everything we needed and was super clean which doesn't happen very often anymore. She is awesome to communicate with and we will def be back next year.
