Giant wraparound decks on the first and Second floors facing the water. Elevator to assist those who need a little help. Cozy cabin included 10’ from the water to relax and enjoy. Very first time offered! Enclosed Garage to drive in for ease to use the elevator. Spectacular waterfront setting! 3 spacious bedrooms accompanied by 3.5 well-appointed bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. Each room is designed to maximize the breathtaking waterfront views , allowing you to wake up to the soothing panorama and sounds of water. There are 2 master suites —-one on the first and another on the 2nd floor—including marble en-suite bathrooms , with a huge tub in the upstairs one. The private dock allows you to bring your boat to explore the coastline for fishing, sailing or just plain relaxing. There’s even a tiny cabin right on the water , ideal for enjoying your favorite drink, or as a meditative retreat. ….From every corner of the house enjoy uninterrupted views of the shimmering ocean, follow the local ospreys dive for dinner, and peacefully relax. The large , open plan living area with giant windows everywhere ensures you never miss a moment of the spectacular seascape.
