Recently built 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom fully-furnished house, ready for guests to enjoy! With one king bed, four queen beds, a double bed, and twin bunk beds, this home comfortably sleeps 16+ guests. Enjoy your days under the sun and playing at the beach, and then return to this beautiful house & wash off in the outdoor shower & relax on the front porch or patio out back. Summer rentals are going fast!

This is a 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom property that includes a 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom main house with a separate 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom private-entrance apartment. Great for parties or families that want a separate space for some of their group.

For any violation, the Town of Narragansett Police Department will issue penalties in the form of a fine of not less than $400.00 or imprisonment of not more than 30 days. Any subsequent violation can lead to greater fines and imprisonment.
