Narragansett is waiting for you at this 5+bedroom house. With one king bed and five queen beds, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax comfortably. Four bathrooms make getting ready a breeze, and the house stays cozy with heating and cool with AC. Whether you’re winding down after a day of adventure or gathering for a meal, this gorgeous home offers an excellent setting for your getaway. We’re happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

If you like the beach...we're only an 8min walk to Roger Wheeler.

We are ready to accommodate a multi-generational gathering. Willow Ave is a dead-end street, so there is little to no traffic. As a parent, this makes a huge difference when you are trying to chill.

House has parking, WiFi, 2TVs (65" & 75"), Patio w/fire-pit,grills (Charcoal & Propane), Balcony with ocean views and outdoor dining, Heated bathroom floors, full-sized washer/dryer, AND AN ELEVATOR. Too many amenities to list.

We had a great stay at the Beach House . The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We also loved the outdoor fireplace—it was a great place to relax in the evenings. The elevator was especially helpful for my mom, who has a bad back, and made getting around much easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

The home was gorgeous and amazing! Every detail was covered. We rent every year in RI and this was our favorite. Beautifully appointed/ the renovation/build left nothing to chance. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and 3rd floor kitchen were perfect. So much room for a larger family. There is an Additional kitchen in the first floor living area with a full bath so it was great for a couple of the young adults to stay there. The outdoors had a beautiful large gas firepit with plenty of seating - and two types of grills! There is even an elevator- which is very unique but incredibly helpful bringing up luggage and grocery etc. Communication throughout was excellent. Very quick walk to Roger wheeler beach and loved our daily morning walks through the neighborhood. Also very close to other restaurants and ice cream and Scarborough beach is a very close drive as well. We would definitely look to stay here again!

Henry’s home was perfect for our small extended family. The location is ideal for days spent at the beach, day trips to Block Island and walking/biking. The third floor outdoor space was amazing for watching the ferries and sunsets. It was also the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning. The home is in a small cul-de-sac and great for the younger children to scooter around. The teens in the family loved the upstairs “apartment” for their midnight snacks and binge watching Netflix. The elevator was a nice perk for the senior citizens with knee issues. Henry was easily accessible and responded quickly to our every need. All in all - it is an ideal home for a small extended family - something for everyone!

This house fit our needs perfectly for our vacation in Narragansett. Everything is brand new, updated, and very clean. All amenities and appliances in the house are high quality. The house comfortably fit 6 adults and 5 children. The walk to the beach was also very doable for all. The nearby beach is also perfect for children. All other attractions were an easy drive from the property. The only critiques would be to add an outdoor hose to wash feet off after the beach and to specify that the 6th bedroom is technically in the 1st floor entry-way. I would highly recommend staying at Henry's place for your trip to Rhode Island!
