Casa Nanà is a 4-bed vacation apartment in the historic center of Nardò, just 5 km from the beautiful beaches of Santa Maria al Bagno and Santa Caterina, and the Portoselvaggio Nature Park.
The pretty little house is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV and electric oven. Pets are allowed.

The simple, cozy interior features vaulted ceilings and new furniture.
There is a large living room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchen, hallway, 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.

Casa Nanà is located in the historic center of Nardò, along a quiet lane in a restricted traffic zone. All services are close at hand, as are the city`s architectural beauties and cultural attractions, such as the scenic Piazza Salandra.
The beaches of the Nardò coastline are about 10 minutes away by car, as are the beautiful Neritine marinas overlooking the Ionian Sea, such as Santa Maria al Bagno, Santa Caterina and the Portoselvaggio Natural Park.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
- The property has no internal doors, except the bathroom which has a door.
- The bathroom window looks inside the house. The windows in the kitchen and bedroom are high, the one in the living room opens electrically.
