The villa is in the peaceful, gated Briarwood community and has an easterly lake aspect allowing the pool area to catch the sun all morning and most of the afternoon. The master bed has king-size bed, patio windows open onto the pool area, a walk-in closet, TV and en-suite bathroom. Queen-size bedroom with a shared en-suite bathroom and TV, and a twin-bed room that also opens onto the pool. It is air-conditioned throughout, has free high-speed WI-FI internet access, free local calls and a large flat-screen TV in the living room.TV channels are provided via FUBO app The open-plan living space has vaulted ceilings and a dining area, plus a breakfast bar. The villa has a private heated ($30 daily fee) pool with a hot tub, PLEASE NOTE: the pool is NOT toddler/child proof; ie. the patio sliders do not have audible alarms and the pool does NOT have a child-proof fence and gate surrounding it. The Briarwood communal pools, tennis courts, sports and children's play areas are free to use and only 1 minute's walk away . Spectacular beaches, stylish downtown Naples, and public golf courses to suit all abilities offering club hire are only a short drive away. The villa has an easterly-facing pool and lanai/veranda area which means it catches the full sun in the morning and as the sun moves round to the south during the day most of the pool area catches the sun well into the afternoon. The veranda's dining area at the western end of the veranda (by the patio doors) is covered and is pleasantly shaded from around midday onwards. The veranda also has sun loungers.


Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV, high-speed wi-fi internet, ceiling fan, air-con, direct access to the pool area and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size double bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, air-con, and a shared en-suite bathroom with . Bedroom 3 has two single beds, ceiling fan, air-con and direct access to the pool area.
