My son and I along with my 2 young granddaughters had a fantastic vacation. The condo and heated pool were perfect, as was the weather. We had great adventures and a trip we’ll always remember.

Wonderful week for our small family!

We were very happy with our stay. The unit, location, building facilities and beach were all phenomenal. This was a relaxing, quiet and fun break for our family which includes one infant and one toddler.

Beautiful condo, great location right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Every possible amenity was provided. We hope to stay there again in the future

Amazing Views!

This is our second year in a row staying at this condo, we absolutely love it. Decorated adorably, well-stocked, and the view is absolutely incredible. Plenty of beach chairs and toys to make hanging out on the beach really fun. The location is fantastic-we walked to dinners every night. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend in a heartbeat!

Absolutely exceptional experience in every way. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and minutes from the beach. Flawless communication from the hosts and they were also very gracious in accommodating a late checkout. We loved it. Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous two bedroom condo right on the beach. Close walking distance to stores and restaurants.

It was a beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. We had an absolutely wonderful week on Marco Island. The sunset view was amazing as was listening to the Ocean all night long. The owner was quick to answer questions and was available when needed. Would love to come back some day!

Amazing as always !

This was our second time to stay in this Unit while visiting Marco and not the last one. We highly recommend the unit which is very clean, well equipped , excellent located and with amazing view on the gulf. The beach is gorgeous with a lot of shells, our kids love it. We had wonderful vacation with our family.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved this condo. The unit is decorated so beautifully, it’s clean and comfortable and relaxing. It was in a perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. Very nice to have a storage locker filled with beach toys and chairs. Beautiful sunsets and beach! We had a wonderful time and will be back next year!

Beautiful condo with beachfront sunset view

The condo was beautifully decorated and was immaculately clean. The view of the beach and gulf was spectacular, including breathtaking sunsets over the water. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we appreciated the locker on the ground level that had beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler. We hope to be back again!

A Great Getaway Retreat in Beautiful Marco!

Great experience at your beautiful condo in Somerset. Loved the location on the beach and sunsets. The unit was super clean and well equipped. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella. Extremely easy check in process which was a worry since we checked in late. Thank you Ewelina for you swift response to our inquiries! We look forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful place and the best attention

We really enjoyed stay in this place. My wife and my two children (15 and 13). Excellent location to enjoy the sunset, rest and do some exercises (jogging or cycling). Good restaurants around and everything you need to enjoy a good vacation. Just as suggestions: a little paint on the walls would be fine and a couple of bigger pots for the pasta...We will be back soon

Beautiful condo

We just returned from a week stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. Perfectly decorated and spacious. Great view from the balcony. Kitchen is comfortable and functional. The Somerset complex is well maintained and nicely landscaped. The heated pool is helpful since the pool is in the shade much of the day. We would highly recommend this condo and would select this unit again on our next visit to Marco Island.

Perfect place to stay!!!

We stayed in 613 from March 2 to 16. Condo was clean, updated and provided everything we required. View fantastic and weather great. This is truly a wonderful place to stay. Master has a king size bed. Cozy family room furniture. Ewelina, who handles this condo is fantastic to work with and is always available to answer your questions, help you in all ways. She is the best we have ever dealt with! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation! We have already booked for 2020.

Somerset #613 review

Somerset facility was secure and in a good location. Outside facility was being well maintained and landscaped. Unit #613 had a few issues ( broken microwave fan cover, dirty/old patio furniture, couch/bed mattress should be updated) A lot of dust found under furniture. Other surfaces were clean. Property Manager communicated well.

Amazing Vacation on Marco Island

We spent the week at the Somerset, unit 613 which was fantastic. We've stayed in this unit once before and in 2 others owned by Marctide Properies. Every time we enter we are blown away by the full view of the gulf, it never gets old. The unit is well appointed with anything you may need for a stress free vacation. So nice having the beach towels and chairs and especially the big cooler on wheels. Everything from the initial contact until check out is easy. Ewelina is very friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. We mentioned that the knives weren't in great shape, within 30 minutes someone was at our door with new knives. The sink backed up and within an hour the plumber was there. I can't rave enough about this unit and the Somerset, close to everything and especially the incredible beach.

Lovely, very clean condo with exceptional views

I have been coming to Marco for over 30 years and this is the first time we have had to rent. We were very pleased with the spacious condo. Recently, there were some updates to the condo so the bathrooms were like new and we were impressed by how clean everything was. The deck was overlooking the beach with beautiful views all day long. Even when you walk in the condo door, you look out at the Gulf. We enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed was provided. The beach chairs were great, seemed new and there were coolers and an umbrella for our beach needs. The only downside - it took awhile for the contact person to get back with us in regards to our reservation. I also could not get the wifi password to work and left a message with no return call. That was disappointing. We would definitely recommend this condo and would not hesitate to rent again!
