If you appreciate authenticity and like to meet the locals when traveling then this is the place for you. When we arrived and I saw the hotel from outside I was a bit dismayed but for context I'm from the U.S. and live in the Middle East so my expectations can be skewed. Anyhow, all of that changed as soon as I entered. The staff was AMAZING!! The feeling inside of the space was calm. Everyone was very professional and kind. My only complaint would be that the construction going on outside was very loud and it was a challenge during my Zoom meeting. The wifi was really good. The decor is a bit dated but the room was clean. The room I selected was small but the shower felt amazing and was large. There were other rooms on the same floor that I saw the next day and they were nice and pretty spacious. It's rated as a 3 star hotel online but to be fair, I've stayed in many hotels all around the world and I can say that the service that I received here was far better than many of the 5 star hotels that I've stayed in. The customer service was stellar. Ms. Dorcas and the two ladies at the front desk were exceptionally kind. Even the staff in the restaurant during breakfast (which had many good options including beef bacon) were amazing. The bar played very nice music and I tried the Mbuzi, Ugali and greens. The meal was chef's kiss. The location is close to a lot of shops. I will definitely visit again the next time that I am in Kenya!

Great stay at Crossroads Hotel. Friendly check-in staff and a clean room, with secure parking and AC included. The price was good for the area. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and it’s very walkable to Sarit and around Westlands. I asked to move to a quieter room and the staff accommodated it right away. I didn’t have any meals, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, a good experience.

The property is conveniently located, close to stores and restaurants. ATM is close by. The check in was quick and friendly. The safety is good as there are codes to access the rooms area. The inside they are spacious with all the amenities you would expect as a world traveler. There is possible any of room service to which is very nice. The food is good and local, which is great. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating.

The staff were friendly and courteous. They offer a welcome drink of passion fruit drink. It's very refreshing especially after a long flight. Unlike other countries, Kenyans aren't pushy for tips, but tipping the staff makes them happy and appreciated. The rooms were clean. There are no fly screens in the windows, but we didn't feel that there were mosquitoes. The breakfast was excellent. If you arrive late, you will get the impression that the food is gone, but that's because instead of leaving the food in the container for a long time, they would rather make you a fresh batch. The have a complimentary service to look after you suitcases if you are going off for a safari or visiting another town for a few days. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay at Crossroads Hotel
