Loved my first stay here. Normally I stay at Crowne Plaza in Nairobi as I travel to Africa several times a year for business. This hotel was a pleasant change. It’s close to the airport, super clean, and buffet rivals Crowne. I had 9 students traveling with me, but the check-in process was amazingly smooth with Beth showing competence, courteousness, and patience. I hope to return here and will recommend this hotel to business associates.

Overall, this is a good hotel but there is room for improvement during check in which is a slow process especially during busy times, the need for faster service at the hotel restaurant and customer inconvenience due to room key cards being deactivated before actual check out time.

Beautiful hotel convenient to the airport. All of the staff in the hotel and restaurant were so very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful too. The grounds are beautiful, with nice landscaping and pool. The gym is well equipped and maintained. Everything was immaculate too,

Overall was great. Nice courtyard, wonderful service and staff was amazing. However, our room was facing the highway and windows has NO sound proof! Really noisy, was hard to sleep. We heard loud pounding music till 5 am that actually woke both of us up.

The property is great—new, clean, open spaces. I think they can grow more on the quality based service side; services are slow, I had the horrible experience of being served “recycled” calamari (it was cold and stale)… Also, the huge difference btwn Expedia prices and the hotel website prices creates an atmosphere of dishonesty or price manipulation/unfair speculation—Expedia prices tend to be way cheaper!

Amazing stay

We stayed for just one night, but I highly recommend this hotel. It’s exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you need to feel truly special. The 24-hour restaurant serves delicious food and drinks. We arrived late and dined at midnight, and both the quality and service were outstanding.
