We had a wonderful weeklong trip with family. The views were what sold me and didn’t disappoint! Sunsets every night were beautiful. Very well stocked (trash bags, dish pods) and pet friendly. Walkable to the sound beach at Jockeys Ridge. Close to shops and restaurants. Beds are all very comfortable! Plenty of things to do at the house: bikes, cornhole, games. There was one hiccup with lock on back storm glass door getting stuck but the owners had it fixed same day. Wasn’t a huge issue for us. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Excellent Views and Location

Our family stayed here and loved the cleanliness, location, and the views of the sound from the porch. The property managers were great with communication, and we really enjoyed all of the restaurant recommendations. We would highly recommend this property to others with families!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful cottage in an amazing location with wonderful views of the sound. Quiet and calm place for family to walk and ride bikes. Clean and wonderfully maintained cottage with all the amenities you could need!

Fall getaway

We love this home and the beautiful sunsets. Perfect location and quiet area. Close to fishing for my husband and a great place for morning walks. Highly recommend this home.

Can’t wait to come back

We love staying here…from the amenities to the location, it’s truly a great week! Love being on the sound with the water views and beautiful sunsets. We also love being close to great restaurants and are also not far from the beach when we do want to go. Thanks Mike and Ann…we look forward to our next stay!

Enjoyable vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of space to relax. The house had everything we needed and more. Views of the sound and watching the evening sunsets from the decks were great. Close to shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect OBX getaway!

Ann and Mikes house is the perfect spot for a trip to the Outerbanks! It’s impeccable, has lots of books and games, and stunning views. The owners were very communicative and everything was easy, making it a relaxing trip! Will definitely be back in the future.

Relaxing week away

This home was more than we hoped. They have thought of every convenience. The location is good for shopping, restaurants and beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the sound view and sunsets cannot be beat. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful home and location!

We had a great week at this house. The sunset and water views are beautiful, and it was an easy bike ride to the beach. The property and home itself were perfect- the house is exceptionally clean and comfortable and the fenced in back yard was great for our dogs. The owners really do go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and were very responsive. We felt right at home during our stay!

Wonderful stay again!

This is our second year back and we love it! The house is very clean and has everything we need. Ann is great to communicate with and very helpful. The sunset views are beautiful from the deck and we enjoyed them every day. Would definitely return!

PERFECT…As Usual

This home is great for anything you need. Sunsets, location, comfortable beds and the SUNSETS! The kitchen has everything you need for a night at home and the Blue Moon restaurant is right down the street. Owners are great and communicated well. We can’t wait to come back.

Great house

This house had everything we needed and the view was fantastic. Ann & Mike made the process so easy and responded right away to any questions. Having a fenced in backyard was great for our dog. We are looking forward to returning to this beautiful house.

Fall getaway

This was the perfect place for our vacation. One of the most relaxing stays we’ve had anywhere! The decks were favorite spots with wonderful views. Well stocked and exceptionally clean. Ann and Mike thought of every detail….lots of tips provided to make the trip smooth. Communication was awesome. We will be back the next chance we get!

Great location

We were impressed as soon as we pulled in the driveway. Great view. House was updated and had everything you need. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard! It was a short drive to everything!! We finally got to see the sunset on the last night. Beautiful!

Very Cozy

Definitely the nicest place we have stayed that allowed dogs. The furniture and beds were very nice and cozy. The house was clean and decorated really nice. The kitchen was well equipped for dining in. The sunsets were beautiful from the upstairs deck and the fenced in yard is convenient for us pet lovers. I would definitely recommend. The owners are extremely caring and checked in often to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Wonderful get-away

We had a wonderful get-away as a family in Nags Head. This home was more than we expected, and had everything that we needed for the week. It was very comfortable, very quiet, great neighbors and neighborhood, wonderful walks on the sound and to the local park, to the beach, etc. The house was clean, and everything was very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back in the future and working with Ann & Mike again. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

This was truly the best rental we have done so far in the Outer Banks and we have been coming every year for almost a decade! The house is incredibly clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The sound side views are also very peaceful and beautiful. This was our first time on the sound side and now we are full converts! Ann and Mike were extremely communicative with us all week and offered lots of helpful recommendations and tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. We loved our stay and are looking forward to booking again for next year.

House with a vew

This wonderful home is a peaceful retreat just steps away from the Sound and the most spectacular sunset views you are likely to see anywhere! The house is roomy, well-equipped, and gracefully decorated. The kitchen has every amenity you could want or need for your vacation stay! Location is convenient to all the great OBX attractions, not to mention restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Communication with the hosts was exceptional! Another great week

This was our second year staying here and it was, again, another great week. We didn’t have the best weather week, but the amenities of the house made the house cozy and so comfortable while it rained. While we had hoped for sunset views over the sound, we got views of the storms rolling over the water which was super cool too! Ann and Mike were great hosts and were super communicative and helpful all week. We’ll be back again next year!

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have been coming to OBX for several years and this home is the nicest home by far that we have stayed in. It is so clean, homey, and comfortable. So many well thought out details like light blocking curtains in the kids’ bunk room! The sunsets were unbelievable from the house or jockey’s ridge beach just a short walk/bike away. Pro tip: if you bike to the beach for sunset you will have the beach to yourself because the cars have to leave by 7pm. We’re already looking forward to next year!
