This house was in bad shape. It had 5 bedrooms not 7. The pool was full of mold and the grass was taller than the pool. The roof leaked, there was black mold in the freezer located where the ice and water comes out, they had roaches, there was debris and trash all over the yard and the main entrance was under a shelter that had insulation hanging down and it had 2 feet of sand that we had to walk through to get into the house. The entrance door did not lock. I believe the worst part was it was 3 levels and some of the railing was broken out a small child could have falling through. We called Village reality multiple times to come out and they would say be right there. Then the last lady I talked to said there was a bad storm coming on Saturday and they were waiting to see if this storm was gonna cause more damage. Please never rent from this house before you check it out and please never rent from village reality in Nags Head. We rented this house Oct 6, 2025. We decided to leave early. I have several photos of the house but it will not let me upload.
