We had a great stay at the Croom hotel. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing and the spa in the hotel was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location - we loved the park area near the hotel (look for the Eiffel Tower style TV tower) where there were great shops and restaurants. Of note, several reviews mention that the hotel is in a noisy area but there was no noise issues at all during our stay.

Nice location, easy transportation and next to a very lively area, tons of dining/shopping options. Room is tiny. Plenty of washer/dryer in the laundry room. The building is right by the street, but we didn’t hear any noise at night. Smart TV in the room is a nice touch, we were able to watch Harry Potter on Netflix, which is not available in the U.S.

Best stay in Nagoya

This is an amazing hotel. Really impressed with the hotel condition and service. I put do not disturb for the whole stay but the hotel hang the fresh towel and water bottles everyday in front of the door.. this is a very nice gesture. The area is quiet but very convenient, near to Sakae shopping district with walkable around 8’ walk. Just beside the hotel there’s 7eleven too. I will be back to this hotel for sure.

Nagoya is not a touristic city and the staff has no information about restaurants, a map with interesting places to go. I suggest also to have the address in Japanese characters for the taxi.

We liked the friendly staff and the clean hotel and rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of Japanese and Western food. The location is close by the subway and a popular restaurant/shopping district. This was my first time using a public bath, and I found the experience relaxing. The hotel offers 1 large hot water pool indoors and 2 smaller pools outside. The locker room area offers free water and other amenities to make the experience comfortable.
