There were a couple of broken things that should be replaced, and the mattresses were not the most comfortable, but the apartment was precious and the location was incredible. The new shutters were very nice.

Anassa House was perfectly located in the old town of Nafplio very close to the port. The house was very clean and suited our needs as a family of 5 adults. The balcony was a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. There was also a cool view of a fortress out of the windows. The stairs got narrow towards the top which was a bit challenging when carrying our luggage, and we only carried large backpacks. I would imagine this would be difficult if carrying traditional suitcases/roller bags or if a person has difficulty with stairs.

Perfect communication from George and Christina. Large, well furnished apartment with lots of room. Beautifully situated on the main tourist shopping street of Nafplion old town. Adequate kitchen for cooking and a 10 mins walk to the supermarket. Small, basic bathroom did not take away from the great stay we had. Only downside was the bed frames are amazingly squeaky when turning over which made us have to swap rooms. Apart from that 10/10

Short escape to Nafplio

Make sure you pay attention to the directions and picture of where the entrance is. Very easy to wander past. Park in the free parking by the ocean. 5 minutes stroll to the apartment. 1st floor in Greece means 2nd floor. 41 steps up, no elevator. The apartment is delightful. Location has you in the middle of old town and less than 2 minutes from the main plaza. The only thing that could have made the stay better was the beds. They squeak like crazy and offer little back support. We would stay here again!

Perfect Location in Old Town Nafplion

Amazing location in the Old Town area of Nafplion! It was perfect for 5 of us-my Mom, husband, two kids (ages 7 and 10). Great communication and easy self check-in and check-out. The views from the balcony and windows were lovely. Apartment is very cozy and had everything we needed. Steep stairs up to the apartment so would not work for anyone with mobility issues. Also, the shower is small, but fine for our needs and understandable since it is an old building. We loved Nafplion and our stay at here so much!

After leaving Athens, it was so nice to finally feel like I was getting authentic Greek experience this charming old town. Food is excellent, people friendly and on the town surrounded by water.

Great Location in Nafplio

The location of this apartment was wonderful. It was in the heart of old town Nafplio with short walks to restaurants, bars and some beaches. Other beaches are a 10 min taxi ride. The apartment itself was very nice especially for the cost to rent it. The sitting area was spacious. The bedrooms are somewhat small but very manageable. The bathroom is also small especially the shower area. We did not use the kitchen. For those who do not like or cannot do stairs, this may not be the right place for you. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with stairs as the only access. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nafplio.

Excellent location, hosts, place in Nafplion

Ideally situated place in Nafplion, close to restaurants, shops, Syntagma square, waterfront in one direction, and the Palimidi and bus station/car rental in the other. What a great spot for a truly beautiful city! ❤️ George was an excellent host and provided great tips. He was also very prompt responding to my queries. The place had a well-stocked kitchen, even a dishwasher with detergent provided. Two adults and two kids slept very comfortably, and another kid could have fit on the bunk bed. This was the ideal home base for our adventures in the Peloponnese, grocery stores are close and we cooked meals at home, but also ate out at local restaurants. We sat out on the balcony when we had afternoon tea/coffee and it was lovely. A great place, we would absolutely go back. The ceilings are so high and the hot air rises, it can get chilly, but they provide space heaters in addition to the heat pumps, and all was good. Also, because it's in the middle of the action and we visited during holidays, it can be noisy outside at night. The master bed was also a little creaky. But these points did not detract from the overall good value of this spot. You save time and money with this place, while still getting a high-quality stay, and what's better than that on vacation?

Beautiful property in the perfect location

The apartment is right in the hub of Nafplio. It is spacious, has a well equipped kitchen and the most magnificent views over the old city. The rooms are a good size and it was perfect for our family of 7. Christina was a wonderful host, gave us great advice and was available when we needed her. We loved our stay!

Just right!

Perfect apartment for my husband and I. Would have also been good for 2 couples or a small family. Spotless, nice front and back terraces, well functioning air conditioning in all rooms. Bathroom was a tight squeeze but shower functioned well. Christina & George were extremely nice and responsive hosts. And fantastic location! Highly recommend it.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement : il est très confortable, bien situé, bien entretenu par ses propriétaires qui méritent d'être encouragés. La maison Anassa se trouve dans une rue commerçante (avec des commerces haut de gamme), où chacun peut trouver des restaurants à sa convenance, mais l'appartement est malgré tout très calme. Les climatiseurs permettent par ailleurs à ceux qui ne supportent pas la chaleur de bien dormir.
