Continental breakfast was minimal at best. We were there for 4 days and no staff was ever present. Breakfast was not replenished at all until Friday. Fruit ran out on Wednesday and was never replenished not even on Friday morning. Thursday morning we got last two spoons. Lemonade was out and a cup was put over so not to use rather than refill. The room was damp and musty. Room not cleaned first day as we asked. Manager brought us towels that evening when I reported it. This was not up to the standards I expected .

I took a cab to the property and arrived late around 11:30 P.M. The clerk was on duty manning the after-hours window and checked me in very quickly. He called me a cab the next morning so I could get on my way. Very friendly service and a very clean room. Very satisfied with my stay.

Property was very clean. WiFi was not good at all, constantly having to restart. Staff called for confirmation on the stay. Bad communication and understanding the options. When checking in, different things were told. Had to cancel one room, refunds were given with attitude. I've stayed here before and no problems until this visit. Friendlier staff and/or management would definitely be a bonus. Breakfast is very basic, fortunately surrounded by really nice restaurants and stores nearby. Love the area and convenience, please work on customer service.
