This villa was one of the very best we've ever rented. It was just as shown in the images. Very new, modern and clean with excellent facilities and space throughout. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.When we arrived, I was a little concerned that we'd chosen somewhere quite remote, as it's on the outskirts of the small town of Perama. But those fears were unfounded. There were lots of beautiful little beach villages in the area worth exploring, the closest of which are Bali Beach and Evita Bay, which are both gorgeous. Bali Beach is the larger of the two with a wide sandy beach and sand seabed, whereas Evita Bay is quite a bit smaller with a mix of pebble and sand. But Evita has some wonderful little coves within swimming distance for anyone over the age of 8-years old (accompanied, of course). We also loved going out to dinner at Paramos, which doesn't have the best beach, but makes up for with lovely tavernas.Rethymno is only 35 minutes away by car. The beach there is okay, nothing special, but the large town itself has hundreds of tavernas ranging from intimate ones to high-end expensive ones overlooking the sea front. The old town there is beautiful with winding streets and alleyways full of shops and bars. And there's also some really fantastic looking bar/clubs if you're a little younger than I am!Overall, Crete was one if not the best holiday our family has been on and I can't recommend the place or the villa enough!!!

We had a beautiful stay in this property, the house, the garden and pool are kept to an amazingly high standard. The rooms had effective air conditioning and were comfortable. I have already recommended the house to family.As a side note, we took trips with Lottie Watersports (15 mins from the house), which we all really enjoyed.Also, a great restaurant (that delivers) the cooks the most wonderful greek dishes is just down the road and which we would recommend.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie (3 Generationen, 7. Personen) die Villa Georgios besucht und vor Ort gab es alles Notwendige in der Ausstattung, das man im Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand sehr schöner Pool und Klimageräte in jedem Raum und Grill. Lediglich die sehr steile Auffahrt haben einige als nicht schön empfunden aber selbst mit einem großen Bus (9. Sitzer) ist es problemlos zu befahren. Das Team vor Ort war immer erreichbar und ist klasse!!

Absolut top

Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen. Wir waren im kleinen Familienkreis da und haben es sehr sehr genossen. Natürlich wäre es für uns persönlich, traumhaft perfekt, wenn die Villa näher am Meer wäre. Aber das wussten wir vorher. Die Agentur hat immer direkt geantwortet, alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Suchst du Ruhe und Privatsphäre, dann bist du da genau richtig.

Tolle Villa

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in der Villa.Vom Check in bis zum Check out war die Inhaberfamilie 24/7 für und erreichbar und hat kleinere Probleme sofort gelöst. Ebenso wurde der Pool ständig gereinigt und auch Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie in der Beschreibung. Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort. Alles war ausreichen vorhanden. Auch die Infos von Valia vorab bezüglich Restaurants, Strände waren sehr hilfreich. Die Auffahrt zur Villa ist allerdings sehr steil. Hier ist ein ausreichend motorisierter Mietwagen einzuplanen. Rundum war es ein ganz toller Urlaub

Very nice retreat from everydays life

The villa was as described and clean. The area is quiet and has nice views around. There is enough space in and outside the house. The host are very friendly. During our stay the house was cleaned up one time. You definately need a car, but Perama is only 5 minutes and to the next beach only 10 to 15 minutes. We had very nice and relaxing stay. I can definately recommend the villa.

A perfect villa for a family holiday

We have just back from a fabulous family holiday at Villa Georgios. We had originally booked the villa for 2020, but transferred the booking first to 2021 and then to this year and we couldn't fault the understanding and help of Think Villa with this. When we finally arrived at the villa for our long awaiting holiday, we were not disappointed! The owner, Marie and her son, Glanis, were there to welcome us and were very friendly and helpful. The is so much space! Our two boys (10 and 7) loved the play equipment and the big green area and the pool was a perfect size to cool off in. We loved our evenings sitting in the outdoor eating areas, having bbqs.The villa was well equipped for families.

Fantastisch!

Dit vakantiehuis heeft aan alle verwachtingen voldaan! Het is netjes, zeer compleet en ligt op een prachtige locatie. Zeker aan kinderen is gedacht met veel speelgoed en buitenactiviteiten. Er is tussendoor nog twee keer extra schoongemaakt en de host reageert snel als je vragen hebt. Een aanrader!

Tolle Villa

Die Villa ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet und hat eine hervorragende Lage. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen. Die Außenanlage der Villa wurde sogar nach einem Sandsturm einmal komplett gereinigt. WLAN hat keine Wünsche offengelassen. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern von 9 und 10 Jahren da, welche sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Villa verfügt aber über drei Schlafzimmer, somit ist sie für 6 Personen ausgelegt.

PERFECT VILLA

Beautiful design of villa (only 4 years old) with everything you need for a comfortable fun stay. The owners pre-arranged 3 times to clean during our 2 week stay (linen change too & 1 pool clean). We were provided with a delicious Moussaka on arrival & essentials for the next day including their Raki (clear liquid in a jug in the fridge- treat with caution!) & home grown Olive oil (the olive grove is above the house in the hills). Security was excellent with a main gate to the 2 villas on this plot & gates into both properties separately. It was in a quiet location but easy close access to the supermarkets & main highway, beaches, caves, & places of interest. A car is highly recommended to get the most out of Crete. Don't use your own car if you want to go off the Tarmac roads. Margarites is a lovely village a short distance away well worth a visit with it's 20 Ceramic pottery shops & Tavernas overlooking a beautiful gorge. The BBQ & seating area were fantastic & even had charcoal provided & a sink 7 preparation area. Overall we highly recommend the villa & friendly owners particularly Maria who spoke good English.

High spec villa

Villa was fabulous with all mod cons and fitted out throughout to a very high spec. It could do with a couple of casserole dishes to go in the oven and some wooden spoons, but other than that, the kitchen crockery and equipment were adequate. Communication with both property manager and owners was excellent. I requested a pair of scissors and they arrived the following morning. Villa was cleaned every Tuesday and Friday and linen changed. The villa is on a hilltop location close to the local village of Perama. What they don't tell you in the spec is that sound echos down the valley and all-night music was heard on several nights, going on until 5am!!!Of course, this is beyond the control of the owner and property manager, but something to bare in mind! Fortunately, we managed to catch up on sleep during the day relaxing around the beautiful pool, but missed out on the day trip we had planned as a result.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief schon Wochen vor der Anreise reibungslos und in jeglicher Hinsicht wurde uns geholfen. Kurz vor der Ankunft wurden wir per Mail mit Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Insel versorgt. Begrüßt wurden wir in der Villa von der Familie, welche diese vermietet. Auf uns wartete ein perfekt gedeckter Tisch, mit einer Flasche Wein, Raki und kleinen Schnittchen. Im Ofen stand ein Blech Moussaka (griechischer Auflauf) und der Kühlschrank war auch gefüllt, für den nächsten Morgen. So konnte man erst einmal in Ruhe ankommen. Die Villa war bei der Ankunft schon extrem sauber. Während des 10-tägigen Aufenthalts kam das Reinigungspersonal zwei Mal und es wurde die komplette Villa inklusive Pool gereinigt. Im nächsten Ort, welcher 5 Minuten entfernt ist mit dem Auto kann man gut essen gehen, sowie in einem örtlichen Supermarkt einkaufen. Auch der nächstgelegene Strand ist sehr zu empfehlen, da dieser eher von Einheimischen als Touristen besucht wird. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Abreise verlief reibungslos. Es wurde sich nach uns gerichtet und wir konnten uns eine Zeit aussuchen, welche zu unseren Flugzeiten passte. Alles in allem war dies ein rundum perfekter Urlaub. Unsere Gruppe (3 Pärchen) konnten die Tage vollkommen genießen indem wir die Insel erkundeten oder am eigenen Pool lagen. Alle von uns würden diese Villa sofort noch einmal buchen und jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Tolles Haus

Tolles Haus mit superfreundlichen Gastgebern. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, selbst Verbrauchsartikel, wie Toillettenpapier ist für den gesamten Urlaub vorhanden. Haus wird alle 3-4 Tage komplett gereinigt und Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht.

Perfect holiday!!!

Me, my husband and our 5 children ages 11,9,8,7 and 1 have just spent 2 weeks at this amazing villa!! We were greeted and had a lovely homemade mousakka waiting for us. The pictures do not do the villa justice. It was even better then we expected! There was a pram, playcot and toys all out. There was bits in the fridge so we didn’t have to go straight out. The villa was amazing, clean and very modern. The place was very relaxing and peaceful and other then shopping you really don’t need to leave the villa it has everything you need!! The pool, bbq, ping pong table, swing and slides for the kids they were never bored! The villa was cleaned and linen and towels changed every 3 days. The owners came to see us off and was really lovely! We forgot to pack our Nintendo switch but Maria found it and has mailed it back to us. The villa is perfect we will defiantly be going back next year for even longer!! I would recommend this villa to anyone defiantly a 10/10. Perfect for relaxing and spending time with the family! Can not wait to go back!!!

A nice and quiet place for family vacation

Modern, clean villa with nice surroundings in a quiet small town. The owner is very welcoming. Cleaning twice a week. WiFi is a bit weak due to the coverage in that area, no big deal.
