It has a large private pool and underwater seats. There is also a second, private pergola in the vast area around the pool which is covered by marbles in earth tones.

The villa is constructed according to the traditional myconian architecture with perfect planning, within a wonderfully designed and lush garden, prominent features of which are the white plaster, the natural rocks, the local stone, the built-in couches and the characteristic Cycladic arches.
