The house is located in the ancient village of Genico reachable only on foot two minutes from the parking lot through characteristic alleys. The terrace offers enchanting views of the lake, sailing boats and kay-surfers add color to the beautiful panorama.
Relaxing walks make you discover natural glimpses of which you will be impressed. The house can comfortably accommodate up to six people. It offers a relaxing atmosphere, lots of light and a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake.
Arranged on two levels, on the ground floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom and through a characteristic staircase leads to the upper floor where the living room and kitchen open onto an enchanting view of the lake.
The terrace offers an extraordinary view of the lake and the mountains that surround it.
