Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nicely laid out but there were a few things that should be addressed. having a album sitting out stating that none of the furniture should be moved and photos with each room laid made me feel like I really shouldn't be there. Closet in bedroom so jammed packed with stuff you were unable to use it. Door on to balcony sticks very bad and there should be some type of rug to wipe feet, because there was a large water puddle on the balcony so it was tricky getting in and out. When we arrived we were told that the condo was being cleaned and then would need to be inspected after several hours we were told they just finished the inspection and were given our keys arriving to our room house keeping was just leaving. We had arrived at 1:15 we did not get our keys until 4:15. Maybe if there was a waiting area or changing area where out of towns guest could change and use pool or the beach they would not feel frustrated

I've recommended SM to all my friends and they have gone and had the best times. We enjoy the family atmosphere of the area and only go to Murrells Inlet when we can get a room there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surf Master is a really convenient place to stay and I recommend the location to anybody. The room we had this year was nice, but the furniture is outdated. The kitchen was nicely updated with good appliances. However, we will probably go with a 2 bedroom in the future to get a more updated feel. Even the patio furniture was outdated and not nearly as comfortable as the rooms our family stayed in at surf master. Hopefully the owners updated their furniture, but again the location of surf master is tough to beat with beachfront and pool access. Unfortunately, they do say no smoking yet it happens everywhere so that is a knock on the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had not been to the beach in 6 years and we planned a trip for our 20th anniversary. We had a wonderful time!The condo was great! The view was great! We were on the 7th floor and we loved sitting out on our beach front balcony in the early morning and in the ĺate evenings. The condo had everything we needed - in the kitchen and even beach chairs and other beach items. It was clean and felt like home. We loved the huge oversized patio doors- they made the view so much better! We wished we could have stayed longer!!

Two of our grandsons ages eight and nine skipped their regular family vacation to go with us to the beach. What an honor! We had a blast eating out, beach bumming and shopping. No limit on things to do and see. One week isn’t nearly enough time. Surfmaster is our first choice every time. So handy to everything. Clean, nice decor. Sleeper sofa is a little lacking. We have used garden city realty about five or six years for vacation booking. Thumbs up!!! Never been disappoited.

The unit is comfortable and has everything that you need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked. The king size bed is comfortable. I was thrilled to see that storage shelves had been added to the master bath since last year. Thank you so much for that. The unit is always clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens are always provided. We plan on returning again.
