Reviewer Comments: It was great whoever was in charge of all the equipment had thought of everything that you would need even down to if you had forgotten a toothbrush or a comb if you needed it. The only thing that I thought it needed was the patio door replaced other than that it was perfect.thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My parents had a lovely and comfortable 1-bedroom, oceanfront condo and greatly enjoyed it. The provided amenities were above and beyond (only issues were no toilet paper stocked to start, but we brought our own; and one of the toilet handles was broken but still operable) and the unit was clean and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend this location because of the beautiful view and gorgeous interior space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Surfmaster 606 for many years. The ocean view from the balcony is the best! The condo appeared to be freshly painted this year. The new balcony furniture was nice. Suggestions for improvement: Updates are needed in the bathrooms. Particularly the toilets (very low)and sinks are very slow draining. Living room sofa and love seat need replacing. The closet in the bedroom was packed and we had trouble finding room for our things; however, the chairs and umbrella stored there would be great. Two vacuums took up a lot of room.

The owners have updated furnishings, outdoor furniture, accents, etc. This year they upgraded TV size and stand with a cozy fireplace. Kitchen is very well stocked. Balcony furniture includes a settee and 2 large ottomans as well as a table & chairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Surf Master many times over the years as the property is in a great location and the condominiums have been wonderful. This is our 3rd time staying in 606. We were surprised by the updates, that were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return soon. As an aside, Garden City Realty is great to deal with and we always book through them. They are the only property management company where our room was provided earlier than 4 PM. Sure, there have been years where it wasn't released until 4 PM, but there have been several times that we received access at noon. Prior to using Garden City Realty, I had never received early access to a room. It's a real bonus when this happens.

Cleanliness was absolutely spot on. Staff was friendly as I entered the garage and did not know where to go. A cleaning staff helped me and was so friendly. Already booked for next year and wish it was here. Beautiful place to spend time from out busy hectic life that brings us back to being normal.

A few small improvements could make it a really nice place (clean the woodwork, get a new mattress for the bed, and eliminate some of the bedroom furniture to make the room feel less crowded. The balcony furniture is comfortable and very nice, and is different then what is shown in pic.

Reviewer Comments: The pictures aren't up-to-date, but there's a cushioned 4-seat dining set on the balcony, as well as an extremely comfortable u-shaped couch. If we weren't on the beach, we were on that couch. It sounds ridiculous, but having that comfort outside improved our stay. The inside is also very nice, clean and looks great. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking tools and equipment (toaster oven, waffle maker, rice cooker, etc.)

Suggestions would be better lighting, ceiling fan in bedroom to circulate air, and simplify use of tv in living area. Needs to have local channel access in living area not just the bedroom.

Our 13th year and possibly the last.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always loved it here. It has been peaceful. Not the last two times but especially this last one.n didn’t see a security guard one time. People at the hot tub were out of control with kids in the hot tub with boogie boards and swimming init like it was a pool. Kids were allowed to be init without any parent supervision. My opinion kids under a certain age shouldn’t be allowed in it. There was more but you get the picture. The other thing that we saw was a guy throw 2 full beer cans off the 7th floor down to the beach.another thing is for people who don’t rent the lifeguards umbrellas and chairs but bring their own. We are getting pushed back further and further. For the last several years we are not allowed to get in line with their umbrellas so we have to sit behind them. This time on the last day we weren’t allowed to sit where a space was between the umbrellas so we could get to the water without having to walk all the way around the chairs. I don’t mean to sit in the space but behind it too. We will have to find another place to stay because many of them would treat us better than this.
