Reviewer Comments: We were locked out of our condo for about an hour, but a maintenance man was able to get us in and gave us a key to use since the keypad was no longer working. Both elevators were broke one evening and we had my husbands elderly uncle with us. We came home from dinner and had to take the stairs to the 8th floor which was very hard for him to do. After stopping to take a break every flight of stairs he made it

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were here for the week of Christmas with our grown kids. It was our third time staying at a Surf Master condo. The views are always amazing as well as the spacious layout. The beds in the bedroom with two beds need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable and my adult son was sore the next day. The condo was clean but was dusty on fixtures and around furniture. On our second day we were locked out of key pad to enter condo. As it was Christmas Eve we contacted on call maintenance (Buddy I think was his name) and he was amazing!!Came to meet us and took care of the issue.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice and clean. Could use some little updates, kitchen could use some new pot and pans, bowls with lids to store stuff in. Handle on sliding door in livingroom needs fixed, screw kept coming out, hard th get locked. Sliding door in master bedroom would not lock, there is a gap at bottom of the door, keeping it from closing completely. Pillows are very lumply in master bedroom, needs to be replaced. Never stayed in a unit that had so many signs, don’t eat, drink or sit on furniture wet/with lotions or oils on. Almost felt like you couldn’t touch or sit anywhere. My family respects other peoples things and we have never damaged any properties that we have stayed in. I have been coming to this area since I was 5 yrs old and I kept it going with my kids. We come every year, stayed in many condos (lots have been in Surf Master). I will keep coming back every year, but will not stay in this unit again.

Watched the sun rise each morning and even watched the super moon rise over the Atlantic! The master bed was so comfy! Very roomy and decorated so nicely! Will definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all, we were very pleased with our rental and the rental process. The staff at Garden City were very helpful in booking the rental. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. The rental itself was clean and attractive. Two of my companions that shared the bedroom with two beds both said their mattresses were not comfortable and the hall bath water pressure in the shower was poor. The sofa and chaise were a bit low and difficult for old ladies to arise from. But it was still one of the nicest condos we've rented and we would definitely rent it again. One member of our party had a bad fall by the hot tub due to the painted concrete being very slippery and, yes, she was sober at the time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our time at Surfmaster 803 was really nice! Overall, the condo was nicely updated and beautiful. Upon arrival, the condo was clean and smelled great. The positives of this condo - great seating choices. Plenty of seating for everyone and you aren’t on top of one another. The negatives - the kitchen items in the condo are quite worn. Cookware is extremely worn and should be replaced. No carafe for the coffee maker although the single use Keurig part still usable. The rugs in the primary bedroom and condo hallway are filthy and worn - we rolled them up and didn’t use them all week. There are stains on the comforter in the double bedroom. Also, the washing machine smelled horrible and has black mildew around the seals. All of this stuff has been addressed in prior reviews and has yet to be resolved. It wasn’t anything that was major enough to have to call to fix but it’s something the owners/realty company should address. Overall still a very nice stay but needs some definite attention.

The floors needed to be cleaned not just swept. One of the comforters had stains on it. There was no coffee pot to the joint keurig to utilize the large pot coffee but we used the k-cup side to satisfaction. The washing machine had tons of black mold on the gasket. But overall I would stay again in 803

Seating in living room is fantastic for the whole family. TV was great and had one control! Kitchen well stocked, beds were comfortable and bathrooms all very nice. Garden City Realty made the entire rental process seamless and less added fees than VRBO!!

Reviewer Comments: My problem with our bedroom was that the light switch was on the outside wall and during the night it would illuminate the bedroom before I could close the door. The other issue was the couches that were too low to the ground. Other than that, the place was great. We have been coming to Surfmaster for several years and never have a problem. Things that need some work: Part of the balcony furniture was damaged, therefore unusable for our stay. The throw rugs in bedrooms were worn and appeared dirty. It was difficult to find regular channels with the tv remote, but we finally located the football game on a rainy day! We enjoyed the easy check in and check out.

Cold air conditioner with ceiling fans in every room. Shades that can be pulled to keep the sun out and help keep the condo cool. Nice quality stackable washer and dryer. Well equipped kitchen with large refrigerator. Dishwasher which we used daily. I just can't say anything negative about this condo. We'd love to return next summer. The condo was clean and ready for us exactly the time we arrived to the area which we weren't expecting due to the shortage of workers. 5 stars all the way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed the week of April16-22, 2022. The unit was very clean and well supplied with kitchen items for cooking . Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space in the living room for all 5 adults. The view was spectacular and we watched sea turtles and dolphins from the balcony! The only downside was the Wi-Fi. There wasn’t a personal Wi-Fi for the unit it was a general Wi-Fi for the building. Other than that it was wonderful ! It is located between both piers about one mile from each one, great morning walk. Conch Cafe is a couple buildings away so it’s an easy walk for lunch or dinner and drinks. I would definitely return !
