February stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE really loved the condo. However the building was under construction the entire month. We had no privacy and our view was obstructed. We did get a small reimbursement but it did not make up for disruption

Beautiful oceanfront condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was absolutely beautiful. Loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the parking lot was secure and you had to have a code to get it. Only issue we ran into was we never got the text stating the condo was ready to check in so we kept having to callback to get the gate code, door code and pool code which was inconvenient. WiFi for the tv wasn’t working in the bedroom and kept going out in the living room which was frustrating. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. Close to surfside pier and garden city pier.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking process, check-in/out were great. The room was exceptional! Beautiful views, Beautifully decorated, and great location. However, I will not be staying here again because of the inconvenience of all their attempts at making the area more secure. A keypad to get into the parking garage, into the pool area, out of the pool area, onto the beach, in from the beach. When arms are full, having to dig out the key fob or phone from the bottom of the pool bag to get from point A to point B is frustrating. And the pool is only open from 9am-9pm. On vacation,it would be nice to enjoy the hotub with adults past 9pm. Security was there to run us out every night and one of them was very rude at that. And another "security guard" reprimanded me for using an owner/friends code on the keypad to come and go from the pool to beach. I wanted to get into the ocean without worrying about taking my phone or keyfob in with me or leaving it somewhere on the beach. If you have young kids or if you're elderly, this is a great place to stay. But if you're an adult with older children that wants to enjoy vacation past 9pm, stay the next complex down the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the air was not working! We called and they came and fixed it quickly! Then we couldn’t turn off our shower! The Plummer came and fixed it quickly! They had to replace the washer and dryer which took a little bit of time. But glad to have a working washer! The spare bedroom TV was broken . Loved location, the patio,the condo was fairly clean.

2024 Stay at one place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was ok until are last week then we had some warmer sunny days. The view from our condo was great, the condo for us was nice the second bedroom had a bottom bunk that was full and that mattress really. should be replaced our daughter tried to sleep there but it was not comfortable. Not really the correct amt of forks we bought some and left them there. Also very few small spoons but ok. Other than that our stay was fine.

It was right above the pool so I can see my girls play but also had a beautiful view of the ocean. Going out there every morning to sit and relax . We wanted to stay on a quiet not so crowded beach and this was perfect. There is a grocery store 5 mins away. Only wish you could park golf carts to rent but not a big deal. 100 percent recommend this property.

Ocean Place

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time at One Ocean Place. The property and service are great. However, about a month before check-in we were told the second bedroom had new furniture. The full/twin bunk bed in the second bedroom was too small and not comfortable. Opening the sofa bed in the living room revealed a dirty mattress. We opened the rollout twin bed and used that until a new sofa mattress arrived. This made this bedroom tight and uncomfortable. Also, the tub in the bathroom off the main bedroom is difficult to climb in and out and slippery even using a bathmat. All in all, it didn't affect a beautiful week at the beach and we will return to Ocean Place but probably in a different unit.

Not a fabulous condo. Needs to upgrade property!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived late because we were told check in was 9pm. No internet until the next day. Then it was on and off. sink was stopped up in the master bedroom the entire stay. The washing machine door had to be held shut while using it. We could not get maintenance but twice. This particular unit needs to be updated. The plastic furniture on the patio as heap. I had stayed there before, but in another unit. I’m 73 and could not get up off the furniture inside or out..

You can't get any closer to the beach

We ended up spending most of our time sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and the people on the beach. The only thing missing was access to the fitness center but otherwise, we would reccomend this to anyone.
