This property is wonderful! Clean, comfortable beds and two beautiful balconies. Loved being able to just walk out the door to the beach. Kids loved being so close to town and Sam’s, lol.

GREAT GETAWAY

Gorgeous oceans view in this beautiful duplex located near the arcade and a couple of restaurants in Garden City Beach. Parking is tight for large vehicles, but manageable. With 7 bedrooms, it was a great getaway with plenty of space for a family weekend getaway.

We felt like celebrities in a penthouse at this beautiful condo. Skylights, floor to ceiling windows, and modern style were amazing! A few repairs needed to wooden blinds and a bathroom door, but I would (and will) stay here again in a heartbeat!

Best Stay Beautiful location

Can't say enough positive things about this property. The view is beautiful, the home is gorgeous, and the property owner was wonderful to work with. By far the best property I have rented. The house is on a dead end street with friendly neighbors and walk out the back door to be on the beach. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank You for a wonderful stay.

Great location for Pawleys Island golf

Good location. Enough room but photos are a bit deceiving as common areas are smaller than they look. LOTS of stairs. Only major downside was that hot water barely worked. 8 guys post golf couldnt get hot showers. Parking was tight as well. It fit our needs but hot water issue needs to be fixed.

This was a very ice beachfront property and worked very well for our weekend! As the property description reads there are a lot of stairs and there is a very small starter pkg w one roll of bath tissue. Be sure to bring your own paper products & soap. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Beautiful House, Perfect Location

This place was perfect. 7 bedrooms for my husband and me, my mom, my teens, and their friends to spread out and still have some breathing room. The house is clean, bright, and beach chic. A/C works pretty well! Top of the line refrigerator. The kids loved the tvs in all the rooms. Our mattress was comfy. They provided toiletries, dish/laundry soap to get us through the first few days. Beautiful views from the two beach facing decks. Groceries, food, ice cream, arcade, beach shop, coffee, all within a five minute walk.

Nice DUPLEX on the beach

Overall a nice home, great view and right on the beach. Kitchen and living area was a bit cramped for 11 of us. Listing accuracy gets 3 stars as the property was listed as a “home”. In the notes, there was a mention that there was another rental onsite. However nowhere did It mention that this was a duplex. We would have chosen a different property if this had been clear. Cleanliness got a four as it was mostly clean. However, bedspreads did not appear to be washed and had stains. Having traveled by plane, we would have appreciated information about what the beach allowed for shading options as we brought a canopy that we were not allowed to use and had to buy umbrellas anyway. Location on the beach was great, but being near the pier was loud at night.

The location is excellent, with direct beach access and beautiful ocean views. The property generally matched the photos. However, there were a couple of surprises that guests should be aware of. Although the listing states that linens are provided, none of the beds were made upon arrival. All 7 bedrooms had packaged sheets at the foot of each bed. So guests should be prepared to make their own beds when they arrive.Additionally, the “House in Murrells Inlet” with “additional property on site” is actually a duplex with a shared structure rather than a completely separate neighboring home. Overall, the beachfront location is outstanding. We would have appreciated clearer disclosure regarding the self-service linens and duplex layout so that expectations matched the experience.
