Spacious dining room. Fully equipped kitchen that connects to another living room with a fireplace.

There are a total of 6 bedrooms, two with double beds and the other four with two single beds. There are four bathrooms, one with a shower and the others with bathtubs.



Spectacular outdoor area. Large pool with waterfall, sun loungers, several rest areas, barbecue, children's play area and beach volleyball court.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption (€0.30/kW).

- Optional heating at €15 per day

- Option to fence the pool €150.00.

- A refundable deposit will be charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
