L'appartamento gode di una bellissima vista mozzafiato vista sul mare che dista solo 200 metri 2 minuti a piedi. Nonostante sia piccolo è molto carino confortevole e sopratutto ben attrezzato, ideale per coppia o max 4 persone. Vi è un carinissimo giardino/ prato verde con albero ulivo e barbecue. Vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi uso esclusivo e condivisione piscina condominiale al residence. il giardino è attrezzato di grande ombrellone bianco con tavolo e sedie da giardino e nello stesso giardino o nel giardino ove è ubicata la vasca idromassaggio sempre di uso esclusivo dell'appartamento 3 sono situate due bellissime sdraio lettini da esterno. L'immobile è dotato di tv schermo piatto 55 pollici con wifi, internet e Netfix a disposizione. Garage macchina all'interno della struttura con posto riservato anche doppio. Utilizzo dell'area relax circostante la piscina anche oltre l'orario consentito agli altri ospiti della struttura (sino alle 19.00). nei d'intorni presenti tutti i servizi necessari (market, ristoranti, farmacie, pescherie, parrucchiera est est).
