Very accesible to Metro Station Neuperlach Sud, about 15-20 minutes to Downtown Munich. Hotel has Rewe and Rossman grocery on the ground floor. It has everything you need even washer and dryer. but you need to download appwash app. the wash and dry price is very reasonable. the only negative experience we got was the staff they are not so
friendly and helpful. upon check in we had a difficulty using there automatic or eñectronic check in counter. the front desk lady -( a heavy set lady) was not very helpful and when we asked for her help she refused helping us and we were travelling with my 81 year old Dad where we had a 6 hour long train ride from Paris. And another Staff just showed up with a plate of food and they keep talking to each other ignoring us. Not until I started to speak up more that we needed help checking in and she said that we should used the electronic check in system that the hotel has in the lobby. for some reason we cannot find our booking using that system, if we do we will not need her help in the first place. we also noticed that they do not greet their guests we are the one who greeted
them goten morgen or good morning etc. even then the staff do not even respond to our greetings. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean, very convenient, quiet
and well appointed. Also they do not clean your unit every after 5 days. we stayed for days and obviously we did not get the chance for our room to be cleaned. you need to ask them for fresh towels and other stuff.
