Small room but had everything we needed—heat, our own bathroom, hot water, and clean towels, sheets and blankets. They don’t make your room daily but we preferred this anyway and worked out for us as we only stayed for 3 nights. We love the breakfast. Hotel staff was responsive to our questions and concerns.

A great experience in Munich. The hotel is very good and close to the train station, only two blocks away. They have an awesome staff, very kind and polite. Free coffee and tea. The room was nice and clean, with good space and a big bed. I definitely recommend it.

Nice friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Solid breakfast offering. Loved the juicer. Wish it was possible to control the room temperature. Was too warm and stuffy had to open the balcony door which felt risk being on first floor. Was difficult to move luggage up a flight of stairs to use elevator. Over all great value.

The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good for my husband. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and eggs, so I don’t expect anything for myself. It was a good visit and a good deal.

Excellent location 3 mins from the main train station. Supermarkets, pharmacy, tram lines and Old Town within walking distance. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was fabulous! Great variety. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about places to visit and to eat. The hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, although a little challenging along cobblestones with suitcases! Neighbourhood was poorly lit after dark. The room was very disappointing. So tiny, you had to step into the corridor to change your mind. We had no room to put our suitcases but on the bed in the morning and on the floor at night, leaving a minefield of luggage and clothing to navigate. If we spent any time in the room there was not a single chair so had to sit on the bed, which we couldn't because that's where our suitcases lived! The bathroom was clean and well lit. However, there was very limited shelving for two people for three nights. Items were always knocked on the floor which, well, ick. Wouldn't recommend for more than one night.
