The rooms so durty, the staff was rude. It was not as the pictures, you can hear all the noise acrross the street. It was a really terrible experiencie, never coming back.

If you need consistent internet- dont stay there. The internet connection dropped often and frequently and then did not connect for 30 min ir more. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

We would gladly return, but they need one more window shade panel to block out the bright lights from the street. It felt safe during the day, but less so at night. Location was fantastic, room was clean, staff were helpful and kind.

The hotel has improved from the last time I was there. The location is convenient for public transport. It is good for either overnight or 2 day stays. The bathroom taps are too low for the basin and should be lifted higher.

Hotel was basic but excellent. Air conditioning worked well, breakfast excellent staff both on reception and in the dining room were extremely helpful, when they realised that my wife was mobility impaired offered an alternative room without prompting. We were happy with the room we had, at the rear of the property away from the road noise, would recommend the hotel to anyone staying a few nights in Munich

Very good option to stay in Munich, considering that all cities’s hotels are very expensive . The most remarkable thing of this property is the location , very close to the all main cities’s attractions and very close to the central station as well . Staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Surroundings of the hotel are a little dirty and seems unsafe sometimes . WiFi connection is weak , I think they have to improve it . In general terms I consider this property good option to stay in Munich .
