Great staff and location. The down side no chairs in the room to sit on, no refrigerator in the room and Ac did not cool very well. Unable to keep any drinks cold overnight.

The room was not particularly comfortable for two seniors. The platform bed was in an alcove and required climbing in from the foot. The only seating was a hanging basket chair and a bean bag chair.

The staff gave us the best welcome possible and gave us each a welcome drink while we checked in. The room was excellent and the maid left the room spotlessly clean every day. We loved our stay here and will stay again.

Convenient and nice place to stay

Very convenient location in Old Town. Short walk to main plaza. Comfortable room for family of 4. Pull out couch definitely better than most. 5 min walk to Isator train station.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had the warmest welcome possible from the staff who gave us a nice glass of cold beer when we checked in. The hotel has a cool vibe to it and the staff are all positive and friendly. The room was perfect with a massive, comfortable bed and the bonus of an outdoor balcony. A kettle and coffee maker are also there. Room was spotlessly clean and we will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Munich.

Location, service, and comfort were wonderful

I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We had our 2 little kids, and had plenty of space. The location was amazing! We right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again when we return. I've been to Munich several times, and enjoyed this stay the most.

Fantastic two night stay

Fantastic two night stay. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and attentive. There is a lovely roof terrace and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in an area with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions
