Do not believe the description
There is nothing 4-star about this place and at the time I booked, I chose it because its description claimed that it had a full-service spa and provided a FREE airport transfer. Nope, the spa does not exist and not only is their transfer not free, it costs almost three times what a Uber costs, for a very short ride to the airport.
They conveniently fail to mention that there is a nightclub on the premises, so I was kept awake by loud music and inebriated people talking loudly in the corridor the three nights I was there.
Anything that could go wrong in my room (219) did exactly that - fridge did not work, kettle was leaky, the the bathtub stopper had to be manually removed because the knob was purely decorative, the shower was either a pressure hose or nothing, mirror frame was held together by rusty staples, somebody obviously took a pee in my room before I arrived and didn't flush (gross) and the aircon was a mystery. I'd set it to 24ยฐ but it would keep going down to 21ยฐ. The neighbourhood is just as awful, so avoid this place like the plague, unless you intend to catch it! Totally not worth the high price at all!
