Very courteous and attentive staff. Breakfast was awesome. Club lounge happy hour was great. Airport shuttle was on time with a nice van. New Year’s Eve party was great! Near the beach. Good restaurants (especially Sampan!). Room was clean, neat, with a nice view. Not far from the airport. Definitely recommend the Novotel to anyone visiting Mumbai for wedding shopping trips, leisure, or anything else.

Rooms were spotless with amazing breakfast and dinner menu's. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Novatel has great views of Juhu beach and we found an amazing person called Raju( +91 91729 05057) who showed us around Mumbai and Film city. Highly recommend both Novatel and Raju.

Novotel was famous for its huge magnificent breakfast menu.. but post covid this was my 2nd stay at Novotel and they are still limited on their breakfast menu. The taste has also gone downhill. This is a very nice property, but we experienced several rough edges. For example, our toilet was leaking and the Hotel sent someone to fix it twice with no success. The air-conditioning was also malfunctioning and they couldn’t fix it. So at the end of the day we had to change rooms. The Sand pan restaurant was hit a mess. We wound up having to send our food back a couple of times.
