Hotel Airside

We stayed at the Hotel Airside for 3 days. We did not spend much time at the hotel as we were tourists in the city. However, the hotel was comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive.

Perfect for a short stay next to the airport

We had a 23hour layover in Mumbai and Hotel Airside worked out perfectly. We were delayed arriving but able to quickly check in at 4am. Very close to the international airport, 10-15 min (depending on time of day) and it was easy to get Ubers back and forth. Good no frills option to rest and freshen up in between flights.

Overnight stay

The room was very dirty, there was dried pee on toilet seat and when we asked them to clean it they just sprayed it with the hand bidet no cleaning chems, mirror looked as if it had never been cleaned, there were random hairs in the bed sheets. It was quite noisy- ear plugs recommended. The staff was friendly enough, except the cleaning part. Overall i would not recommend this place unless price and location to airport are your only concerns.

We booked this hotel for conveince to airport ideal for quick stop over . We only needed a bed for 12 hours which was clean and comfortable. Wouldnt want to be there more than one night.

Probably worst hotel I stayed ever. - they asked me to pay in full before I could enter my room -in bathroom no water - some bad smell in the room - the worst part was no one woke me for wake up alarm and when I went down to th reception everyone was sleeping. I can understand they must be tired however someone might misss his flight if he trust them. Location is very near to the airport which is good. But I will never stay or recommend it.

Exceptional Service !!!!

Actually my parents stayed in the hotel for lay over. Suddenly due to strike of Lufthansa Airlines we need to choose Air Canada non stop to Mumbai and from there to Chennai ( Lay over 14 hrs). I called so many hotels and no one picked the call and expect these guys and speaking very good English. I spoke to them first and then booked the hotel through hotels.com. They send the CAB to airport picked my parents and then again dropped next day morning sharply on time. Through out they coordinated very well and that makes me feel very safe about my parents. Really Exceptional!!!! Great Sameer and Shard.
