Best part is price and comfortable bed. Remote control didn’t work until we went to the office. Desk clerk was very nice. The bathroom sink barely had water to brush our teeth. No working ice machine anywhere on the premises. Had to go to a gas station for ice.

The property is old and although the rooms look nice in the photos, they are very worn. Towels thread bare, drains slow, AC loud, smoke stench everywhere, ice machines and laundry shut down. The staff was very attentive and willing to help out, gracious and prompt. The hotel serves as a cheap place to stay near the Renfro Valley entertainment center- but I should have just driven the extra 20 miles to a nicer place.

Check in was fine, had a really nice lady working but the room keys wouldn't work after 2 tries. Was moved to a different room then we didnt have a remote to turn on the TV. Room was clean though and no bed bugs! Told the lady at checkout about the remote and she apologized and was very nice about it, said I should've just told her and she wouldve found me another one. We just went to sleep so it was all ok, no need to worry about it. Anyways....not a bad stay for the money and a clean safe place.
