"I was met by the sweetest, lovely young lady upon check in, I feel awful that I can’t remember her name but she was pregnant and she was so lovely to talk to. Anything that we needed was available upon request! Your entire staff and I mean entire staff ALWAYS said “Good Morning/Afternoon” that stood out !! We stayed in the tower on the 8th floor, room was spotless, yes older but very clean. Attention to the bathroom as far as caulking in tub area could use some attention and exterior hallway could use a vacuuming but that being said, the room was excellent and large! The pool area was amazing! Clean, clean, clean !! The front lobby was inviting and had everything you could need. The shuttle to Universal was beautiful and definitely attention to time was exact, to and from! The young lady that I spoke of earlier also asked me if everything was O.K. After check in, that attention was appreciated. She is an asset to your resort! The young ladies that are on housekeeping are so accommodating, anything needed was available, just by asking! We asked for a transfer of rooms, only to be by the pool after 6 days and the sweet girl again came through for us, a beautiful room, 2nd floor, over looking the pool ! It was lovely! Thank you for a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again, it was great! Again, please give our thanks to the sweet girl at the front desk and tell her “ you can’t cuddle a baby to much! We are expecting an enormous amount of snow tonight, I miss Florida!!!!"

"This is at least my 5th stay at this hotel. Nice staff, clean and spacious rooms, nice facilities in general and the price is one of the most inexpensive in the entire area. Many buses right outside the door going to the Lynx Station (half and hour ride) where connections can be made to anywhere in Orlando. Trolley also outside going ot convention center and other points on international drive. The #38 bus will take you to Universal Studios in ten minutes and leaves every half hour. Many chain restaurants within easy walking. This is the place. A greta value. "
