1200 square foot air-conditioned custom designed house. Perched on a ridge above Berry Pond with 200 feet of shore front. A canoe and two kayaks are waiting for you at water's edge.
The house accommodates four. There is a full size bed and a twin bed in the four season sun room. The sun room hasremote control blackout shades on all all the windows and on the french doors leading to the living room.
Guests have access to the entire house.

1200 square foot air-conditioned custom designed house. Perched on a ridge above Berry Pond (wildlife sanctuary) with 200 feet of shore front. A canoe and two kayaks are waiting for you at water's edge. The Old Country Store and the town'saward winning library are a 300 yard walk away.

Close to the Castle in the Clouds where we attended a wedding. Super clean and inviting.the owner is really nice and we felt very safe here.We enjoyed taking the canoe out and catching a few fish.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home for a wedding in the area. The check in process was very easy, and the home was very comfortable and cozy. This was a great place to stay, while trying to be closer to family for thanksgiving. The views were beautiful through the large windows. It was comfortable and private for 3 adults and one toddler. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with this lovely home on a beautiful and intimate lake! We enjoyed using the included paddle board and kayak. The fishing off of the dock was great and we made wonderful memories around the fire pit and cooking on the grill! The home owner is very kind, professional, accommodating and replied to me quickly with any questions or concerns I had. We had the best time during our stay - not only is the property in a fantastic location (only 5 min away from family and very close to Lake Winnie!), but the house itself is incredibly nice. Full of cottage charm and great amenities, the house was perfect for our family. The layout of the house was also super convenient - my husband and I could hang out in the living area while our toddler slept in the main bedroom. Loved that there was an electric keyboard and a separate breakfast nook area, too. Also convenient to have laundry in the house! The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed.The house is just a few minutes walk to a fantastic library, a small cafe, and the country store, too. And most of all, Pete was a fantastic host!Cannot wait to stay again!

My husband, our son, his fiancée, and I stayed for two nights. We all live out of state and were in Moultonboro for a family member's wedding. The place was perfect for us. Our son was very comfortable in the porch bedroom. The living room was large with plenty of seating for other family who stopped by. We made good use of the game room! We enthusiastically recommend this for a clean, bright, comfortable stay. We'd love to return.
