The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or small groups seeking a well-appointed retreat.

On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 30 square metres welcomes you with an open-hearth fireplace, used solely for decorative purposes, and a flat screen satellite TV. This area also features a sofabed measuring 110 cm in width and 180 cm in length. Adjacent to the living area, a first room is furnished with a sofabed measuring 85 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please note that this room features small, low-placed windows. An open kitchen on this level is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A bathroom on this floor includes a bath, bidet, and WC.

On the upper floor, an entrance hall with a flat screen TV leads to the second bedroom, which is fitted with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning.
