Both rooms had big problems. First room, AC didn't work, so Derick (owner) brought in a huge portable AC unit, mounted it on a kitchen chair, vented thru the only window , above the counter, and ran a hose to the shower for the drainage of the unit. Later, TV Roku went out, had no TV with Milton coming. We asked and were moved to the room across the loft. TV worked, had a working AC that leaked water thru the bathroom ceiling . Derick tried and did accommodate us as best he could, but alot was left to be desired. Will not EVER rent there again.
