We stayed at this house during our weekend visit for the WVU Open House and really enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent and very close to the WVU downtown campus with just minutes from shopping areas.We especially appreciated how quiet and private the property felt. The home has a nice blend of old and new, with an antique charm complemented by modern décor inside. As big coffee drinkers, we also loved having both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig available. It was a great touch that made our stay even more comfortable.The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay! Thank you.

Our host was awesome and very responsive. The house was beautiful and everything was very clean and comfortable. The coffee bar was an added bonus and very much appreciated. So close to downtown and the football stadium. We are definitely looking forward to coming again!

Birthday weekend

We had a great weekend here last weekend. Close to downtown and restaurants. It was also near the trail. The kitchen was fairly sparsely furnished but we were able to make do. The neighborhood was old and seemed a little bit sketchy but I never actually felt unsafe. We will return here again!

Visit to WVU

We booked the home for a college tour of WVU. The house was amazing inside and out. The inside was beautifully updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Even a well stocked coffee bar with every coffee, tea, hot chocolate pod imaginable. With four bedrooms and two full baths, the home is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The beds are incredibly comfortable. My son loved the bunk bed room with the big TV. Perfect for kids. The outdoor space is great too. A brand new deck on the front and covered patio on the back. Wish we had better weather, we would have spent more time outside. Close to the WVU campus and nearby shopping and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and will provide recommendations for restaurants and activities. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Will definitely book here again when back in Morgantown.

Luxury modern home in historic Morgantown

My husband and I had a great experience at our stay while visiting WVU. Anthony is a grade A host that goes above and beyond to make your feel completely welcome and comfortable. Communication was amazing and instructions were clear and easy. The house has been newly and completely renovated inside while still maintaining the wonderful rustic feel of a WV neighborhood on the outside. It has all of the amenities that you could possibly need down to the smallest of touches. The location is accessible to all the necessities that may interest you while nestled in a quiet and safe community. If you are looking for a place to stay, I don't think you will find anywhere better. I would highly recommend.
