25th wedding Anniversary Celebration
Our stay at Tranquility Pond could not have been any nicer. The cabin is immaculate, comfortable, fully stocked with anything and everything you could think to reach for and simply enchanting. It is so warm and inviting that we wanted to sink in and never leave. Everyone in my group found a different reason to fall in love. My 23 year old son adored the game room and that he had the whole floor down there to spread out and call his own. My husband loved the kitchen where he made us some really fabulous meals. Everything he needed to prepare even a fancy Anniversary dinner was at hand, right down to a very thoughtful spice rack! My 21 year old daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed the hot tub and roasting marshmallows on the firepit. I adored the swinging beds where I could sit and watch the deer head to the stream like clockwork every evening. I even got to sleep outside on 1 of them for a couple of nights during our stay and our Golden Retriever Trixi, well she loved just about everything. It was the first time ever that she got free access to being outdoors with no one telling her where she could and couldn't play. It was a perfect weekend and I can't think of a better way we could have celebrated our special day. We can't wait to head back in the fall to celebrate my birthday when all the leaves will be changing and we can enjoy another beautiful season at the cabin.
