El hotel muy bien hunicado a solo 2 cuadras de la plaza de armas...muy limpio y la Sra que atiende muy amable...solo que en la habitación el colchón demasiado duro...y las almohadas muy flaquitas y poquitas...y se colaba mucho el ruido de afuera.

Falta capacitación al personal en cuestiones de uso de tecnología. En cuanto a la atención son bastante amables. El costo es razonable pero puede mejorar

Decepcionado de este Hotel

Me hospede del 23 al 25 de febrero, la habitación huele mucho a humedad. el baño no esta bien ventilado. la TV muy pequeña y la señal muy mala. Una habitacion tipo "Loft" con la cama en un tapanco poco comodo y mal logrado. La noche del sabado llegue y el cuidador tenia su radio (celular) con su musica muy alto, le pedi que lo bajara y asi lo hizo, dormia cuanto a la 1.0am los timbres de la puerta y portazos me despertaron, Eran otros huspedes que llegaban y el cuidador o recepcionista no estaba en su sitio, tuve que levantarme abrirles yo. Cerca de las 5.00am llegaron otros jovenes borrachos y haciendo escandalo, a ellos parce que si le abrio, pero continuaron en su habitacion con la fiesta y no hubo quien los callara. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento, hay que dejar el coche en una pension despues de la 8.00pm y sacarlo antes de las 9.00am. en general decepcionante este hotel. NO lo recomendaria a nadie.

Bien ubicado para el precio.

Esta bien ubicado, el cuarto esta bien aunque la cama es incomoda y la tele no sirve. Mas que un hotel es como un b&b sin breakfast. El servicio no es bueno tienen poco personal el cual no sabe nada, insisten en cobrar cuando llegas como si uno se fuera a escapar. No dan facturas ni comprobantes fiscales. En resumidas cuentas si buscas pagar poco por un lugar de mediana calidad y un cuarto bonito es tu opción.

Muy bonito, pero tiene sus detalles...

Es un hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones son realmente cómodas y está muy limpio. Además, las personas que lo atienden son muy amables. Sin embargo les falló el servicio de Internet, cosa que era indispensable para mí pues iba por una cuestión de trabajo. Y también la televisión por cable falló.

Hotel agradable, algo incomodo.

El hotel es agradable y el personal amable. Nos asignaron una habitación con ventana hacia la calle, el ruido fue infernal. La ventana tiene forma de cerrarse pero la madera está en malas condiciones y no se puede cerrar bien. El baño es MUY pequeño. El diseño de la habitación es atractivo, con la cama en planta alta. Sin embargo faltan espacios para acomodar las cosas personales, no tiene guardarropa, cajones ni mesas. La única mesa está ocupada con objetos del hotel. El estacionamiento no cubre las 24 horas y está a más de 100 metros del hotel.
