Oceanfront Home with Direct Beach Access & Stunning Views in Emerald Isle

Cassimir East is an exquisite oceanfront duplex with panoramic views located in Emerald Isle, the southern Outer Banks, in North Carolina.

Ample sleeping space with four bedrooms, a sofa sleeper bed, and three full baths. Enter on the main floor to an open floor plan featuring the kitchen, living room, dining area, in addition to the private converted den with a queen bed, as well as a full bath featuring a shower/tub combo.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full baths. The master features a king bed, private balcony and a master bath including a jacuzzi tub and shower. The full hall bath includes a shower. A california king is in the second guest bedroom, with the third bedroom including a double (full) and a twin bed and a queen air mattress is available as well as an additional private balcony.

Downstairs (street level) is the converted garage with a couch, dining areas, TV, games, and more - a perfect hangout for the teens and tweens.

With ocean views from nearly every room, the location is unbeatable. Both sunrises and sunsets over the water can be enjoyed from the deck or private balcony off of the master.

It’s also very common to see dolphins cruising the shoreline. Baby sea turtles hatching and even whales have been spotted directly in front of our home as well.

Our vacation home is perfect for any type of get-away.

Aside from the private walkway to the beach, Cassimir East is fully equipped with beach toys, a private neighborhood pool and play structure for young ones (just a 2 minute walk away), and sleeping areas ranging from a twin to a king-size bed. Really liked this property. Stunning views! Very child friendly. What we loved: 1. The play area under the stairs. My granddaughter stayed in that whenever we were in the house. 2. The number of beds and bathrooms were great for us. 3. Decor was very attractive and beachy. 4. Great location and quiet neighborhood 5. Outdoor showers were wonderful! Especially with the children. We were able to completely de sand before we went upstairs.6. We loved that we had a washer and dryer in the house! 7. Loved that the bathtowels and wash clothes were included. What we wished was a little better:1. Grill outside, which we had planned to use, was very dirty from whoever had used it before us. We didn't want to clean it so it was unusable to us.2. Since we couldn't grill, we thought we would broil in the oven, however, the bottom 1/2 of the broiler pan was missing so we couldn't cook our meal in there. We had planned to cook a few meals but decided not to since we didn't have the right equipment. 3. Downstairs bathroom door wouldn't close correctly but we were able to do it if a second person pushed the bottom corner of the door into the frame while the person inside shut it. As you can see, pluses far outnumbered minuses. We had a nice time and would definitely consider renting this unit again!

Our Beach House was wonderful. Emerald Island was a beautiful destination. The weather could not have been more spectacular. The mini golf, the souvenir shopping, and the restaurants were all easily accessible. My family thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and having fun just talking. It was a great vacation!

Cassimir East is the best

This is our second year staying at Cassimir East, and my family absolutely loves it. We have been vacationing in Emerald Isle for seven years and have always stayed in homes off of Coast Guard Road. Cassimir East is by far our favorite. From its proximity to the Pointe to the "dunes" deer that greeted us each morning and evening make this home an absolute gem. Thank you for sharing it !!

Beach Trip 2025

House was a great location- with just a few hundred feet to the sand. We loved that we could check in early. The AC went out in the garage area and Jane had it fixed as soon as she could. The weather was great and made memories to last a lifetime.

Family vacation!

Carpets and floors could be a bit cleaner, but what beach house couldn’t? The dryer didn’t work during our stay but the owner communicated quickly and tried her best to remedy the problem. The property is ocean front, but a few yards from the neighborhood access so the beach can get busy at times. Overall a great experience! I would definitely stay again!

Amazing hosts!

Our family vacation at Cassimir East was fantastic. It's obvious the hosts take great pride in their homeand care about the renter's experience. The location could not be better...right on the beach, a quick walk to the neighborhood pool, and a short drive to restaurants, ice cream, water park, etc. Our family had such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Cassimer East was a great place for our group (3 families of 4). You can't beat the location...direct beach access, 2 driveways down from the pool, and 1 mile from main Emerald Isle strip. The house was clean and had all amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic oceanfront home!!

Our family loved this home for our vacation to Emerald Isle!! The location is great, neighborhood is quiet, and the house is right on the oceanfront. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Our kids LOVED all the beach toys and books that were in the house. We had a great time and will hopefully be back in the future!

Absolutely loved everything about this property. The view is spectacular! We were blessed to be there during a full moon, and the reflection off of the water was breathtaking. Perfect house for a family vacation

This was a great property for a family of all ages. The view of the beach can be seen from any angle of the family/dining room. The pool and playground area are just short walk and the surrounding neighborhood was pleasant. The owner was responsive with all questions and helpful. Highly recommend this house.

Ocean Paradise

We have stayed at multiple beachfront locations along the East coast and Emerald Isle quickly became top of my list. The island is quiet and inviting and allowed you to escape the commercialism of some of the bigger areas (Myrtle, OBX). With the more quaint atmosphere you still were able to find fun things to check out and excellent restaurants. The house itself was incredible. The owner communicated quickly and was sure to help out in any way she could. This was probably must thoroughly stocked house I have ever stayed at. It had every kitchen gadget you could imagine. It also had several beach items so there is no need to pack these bulky items while traveling. We actually bought a cornhole set at Walmart to add to the house- It was only $50 which I knew we would get our use out of for the week. I was happy to leave it behind for the next renters to enjoy. For entertainment we did the aquarium, wood park, took a boat tour, and did Fort Macon- all of which were wonderful. My favorite part about the house was just relaxing. It was common to look out and see dolphins swimming on by. With the house right on the ocean it felt as though we had a private beach. Thank you Jane for such an amazing expereince!

Everything about Cassimir East exceeded our expectations. The hosts are friendly and helpful, the house is clean and very well appointed, and you can't beat the location and view! We hope to make this our new place for our yearly trip to Emerald Isle.
