This is wonderful place to stay if you visit Mora. It is a charming locally-owned little hotel with great food and friendly service. I would book here again.

When I mistakenly booked two nights at the HEIM, I was jet-lagged and overtired; we had only intended to to stay one night. When we checked in and explained the situation, the young woman in charge refused to change the reservation. We contacted Expedia, who told us not to pay while they tried to sort things out. When we had dinner in the restaurant we were treated rudely, with the staff serving other patrons who had arrived after us before they finally fed us after 1 1/2 hours. When we checked out we offered to pay for 1/2 of the second night, which we thought quite generous but were refused. I would not recommend this hotel or its restaurant to anyone, despite the lack of options in Mora.

My room was clean and of a good size. The staff were kind and helpful. One of the great things was a restaurant downstairs - it was perfect after a long day of traveling.

Bra läge, sköna sängar. Gammalt men rent. Självincheckning. Fick ringa ett telefonnr. Påver frukost som inte var helt framdukad då den startade utan fick fyllas på efterhand. Det tog drygt 30 min att få ägg och bacon. Inget grovt bröd utan bara sötlimpa. Förbättringspotential vad avser frukosten annars helt ok.

Trevligt litet hotell

Litet hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal som löste att vi kunde checka in och få nyckeln till rummet tidigare än ordinarie incheckningstid eftersom vi skulle iväg på andra aktiviteter och komma tillbaks sent till hotellet. Mycket sköna sängar. Behållaren för tvålar i duschen var tom men det fanns iallafall schampo. Kan mycket väl tänka mig att boka där igen

Ett mindre hotell med engagerad ägare som vill driva hotellet framåt! Rummen är helt Ok, frukosten spartansk och resturangen bra om det inte är ngn speciell händelse typ trubadur! Då blir det rörigt med extra personal och logistik med väntetid!!

Absolut top!

Det enda negativa var att det var lite varmt på rummet. Rummen hade lite slitage men absolut inget konstigt eller som var något problem. Services var otroligt. Familjärt och fantastiskt! Mor och dotter som hade hotellet var otroligt trevliga och underbart rara!
