Pros: unique layout, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, beds appeared to be bug free. Cons: - cleanliness is not a strong suit. We stayed in a queen kitchenette, and it has not had a deep clean since who knows when. Couch had many mystery stains, stove was a sight. Fridge was clean and microwave was not bad. The bedding on the main bed were clean, but the sheets for pullout couch had to be replaced. Floors were questionable. Bathroom looked like a surface clean job was done at most, and the tub drain was almost completely clogged. - safety: no fire alarms in the room. Interior lock was broken on the door. Electrical outlets were limited, and there were several extension cords in use throughout the room. Metal carpet transition strip was lifting in one corner of a door way. Bedroom door handle was loose. - pull out bed’s mattress was very uncomfortable.

We stayed for my daughters 13th birthday and ended up leaving. The parking lot and feild is full of garbage. The room its self seemed clean at first. We tried to go sit in the hot tub. A little kid came and told us to be careful as there was broken glass and two kids earlier had cut themselves. We looked to the bottom and not only noticed the huge shard of glass where the drain should be but big floating what looked like toilet paper chunks along with a scummy substance covering the surface of the water. I told the woman at the front desk and she said "oh im so sorry to hear about that" We went back to our room to shower. My son (11) was the first one to try. He got in. I set the water temperature for him and after a couple minutes i heard him screaming for me. The water was so hot it was hard to breath and he standing in the corner trying not to let the water touch him. I turned it off and he got out. My daughters friend (13) grabbed a towel which she seen a big spot which looked like someones make up. At this point we decided to leave. The lady at the front desk initially refused any sort of refund saying we used their amenities and children shouldn't be in the hot tub anyways.. keeping in mind these children are 11, 13 and 13. I unfortunately had to turn into a karen to get anywhere as she said her manager was out of the country and told her if she didnt deal with it she would lose her job. Ive stayed in some pretty rough motels in my day but this one takes the cake.

Although the room was dated, it has potential if it were cleaned properly. Unless you lije a very soft bed, I wouldnt recommend it for an extended stay. The receptionist was very friendly & capable. The breakfast offers were good enough, considering the price. Quiet enough for such a full capacity.

An older facility. Not greatly maintained. TV did not work, water dripping from ceiling. Staff not in-house 24 hours. Available by phone and did respond fairly quickly regarding water leak. Solution was pull the bed out from the wall so water didn’t drip on the bed. This was our last night.

Breakfast was 8 to 10 and we had to leave at 8 so could not have anything to eat. Would be nice to have it from 7 to 10. Also the top of the night stand ,table and desk were not clean. Desk was sticky and my papers stuck so had to wipe it down. Table had someting slilt on it and was grubbly.. two lights did not work. Room itself was fairly clean although there were 5 noticeable stains on carpet.

The physical property needs some TLC. It is as clean as an old property can be. Bathrooms don't have a plug in. No hair dryer in rooms. The bed was comfortable and the air/ heating system worked well. The continental breakfast was OK, but no where to sit, so most people took it to their room.
