On the ground floor there is a large glazed veranda which leads to a large living room with fireplace and kitchen.
On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom and the bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine.

3 beds are available, two in a double bedroom and one on the sofa bed in the lounge.

The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and shower.

Large private garden.

In the surroundings there are numerous restaurants, pizzerias, taverns and wine bars where you can taste the typical dishes of the area and the Montescudaio DOC wine.
Montescudaio is a small 'village' which is located in an extremely strategic position for your tourist excursions:
