Beautiful condominium flat on the third floor with A/C - Ideal for 2 to 4 persons.
This bright family flat in a perfect location. Nearby is everything Monterosso and the 5 Terre have to offer: the best beaches (literally a 2 minute walk away), the best restaurants, cafes/bars and grocery shops, all very close by. The house has been recently renovated. There is a combined living and dining/kitchen area. There is a large bedroom with a King Size bed and air conditioning and a King Size sofa bed in the living room also with air conditioning.
This flat can comfortably sleep up to 4 people, making it a great choice for a couple or for families or groups of 4. The bedroom has plenty of light and storage, the bathroom is a brand new, modern bathroom with a newly installed shower. The kitchen is clean and modern and well equipped with everything you need for a full meal. It has a very modern induction cooker, a new oven, a new microwave, a new washing machine.
The interior space is informal and comfortable with a pleasant mix of modern and new furniture with a nautical touch.
The Monterosso train station is only 400 metres away (3-4 minutes on foot).
The cleaning fee includes 40 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights
