You will be in heaven when you enter this house; we have left nothing to chance. From the gorgeous wooden floors to the art hanging throughout, it is eye candy for those looking for more than your average rental home stay.

Our exceptionally maintained home features a great gourmet kitchen with an open floor plan, large windows, and beautiful granite counters. Prepare meals using our full kitchen with all the essentials and entertain guests as you barbecue on the outside deck watching the waves crash against the rocks. Use the dining room table that lends itself to congenial socializing and relax into the cool evening by the outdoor fire pit that’s surrounded by the beautifully landscaped yard.

As you walk through our 2,800 sq. ft. home the living room provides a soaring wood ceiling, romantic flagstone stacked fireplace, and French doors leading to a balcony with glass walled railings. Our comfortable, yet stylish furnishings invite you to listen to the sounds of the ocean as you sink into the sofa, watch TV and movies on the large flat screen and enjoy music on the stereo system. Stay connected with friends, family, and work using the high-speed wireless internet service and relax in a beach home that has everything you could want, without sacrificing privacy.

The home boasts hardwood floors that lead to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In one Master bedroom you will find a king size bed, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, large walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door leading to a private patio. In the second fully furnished bedroom you’ll find a queen size bed, large closet, full bathroom, and a sliding glass door leading to another patio. The second Master bedroom features large closet space, a flat screen TV, and beautiful furnishings. We provide quality linens and towels and invite you to relax and enjoy your stay in Carmel.

The home overlooks the Carmel River lagoon and is only steps from the wonderful trails that bring you down to the lagoon and Carmel Beach. These trails offer easy hiking and spectacular panoramic vistas. On these trails you'll see lots of wildflowers, smell fragrant shrubbery, and experience the sand between your toes along with views of Point Lobos all the way to Pebble Beach.

There is nothing like feeling as if you’ve found paradise, and you have with this home, it’s absolutely breathtaking and we know you will enjoy the experience.

This property was perfectly located for our visit to Carmel and Monterey. Listening to the waves while sitting on the deck was amazing! Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was a must. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean as was the whole house. I would stay there again!

Great property and perfect location

Beautiful home with walking distance to a footpath to the beach. Nice clean and roomy. The house has a great floor plan and is in a well established quiet neighborhood south of downtown. Tastefully decorated with lots of beautiful art. Beds and linens were comfortable and we slept well. Great views from the kitchen and living room. The kitchen could use a better selection of plates , bowls, glasses etc. but all in all a wonderful rental.

This was a great property. The home is large, comfortable and looks even better than the photographs. Three large bedrooms, with large en suite bathrooms. The grounds are beautiful and private. The location was incredibly convenient for trips to the beach, day trips to Big Sur, Monterey, Santa Cruz, or just hanging around in Carmel. The local beach, which is a five minute walk down the street, is spectacular. There is a Safeway five minutes down the road and a Whole Foods 15 minutes away. There are myriad excellent casual restaurants, of all sorts, nearby and even more in Carmel, which is a 15 minutes away drive. The hosts were good communicators as was the local caretaker, who quickly addressed a problem with the WiFi/internet. Highly recommend for a trip to the Carmel / Big Sur area!

Carmel Family Getaway

We have stayed in this house since 2019 around Veteran’s Day weekend to celebrate the life of my husband, who we lost 5 years ago. We love this house as it is our family’s place of comfort and peace. Love the location and it being a quiet neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to replace the refrigerator and replace the broken taped Keurig coffee maker for the nightly rental price of the house.

Great Stay

This is our second stay in the Carmel house and it is still a perfect spot! The view, neighborhood and especially the proximity to the quiet beach can't be beat. Ants seem to be a problem in the house which isn't the owners fault. Ant traps are placed throughout the house. The only downside is that the appliances need replacement. The coffee maker had basic tape to hold a long crack in the carafe and the microwave's lining was broken which felt unsafe. For the cost of the rental, I would have hoped these would be replaced or fixed. The manager did note that these items would be fixed in the future which is good. Can't wait to come back again!

Beautiful location

This house is all about the location! We loved sipping our morning coffee while looking at the ocean, as well as enjoying the view while prepping in the kitchen or snacking on the side deck. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, so we loved listening to the birds while relaxing in the hot tub, and the peacefulness all around. It was a very short walk to some lovely trails where we could admire the scenic ocean as well as the many sea birds in the area as we walked. The house itself is also full of lovely and interesting artwork that we had spirited and fun discussions about throughout the weekend. It is also located where it was so easy to get anywhere we needed to - for groceries, dining, etc. Pictures don't really do the place justice, it was simply lovely!
